So I have had my bathmate for about a year now, and havent used it consistently at all. And because of that, hardly any cemented gains (go figure..). I would just use it before sex with the gf. However, I am on my second week of using my bathmate everyday. My size is 6 NBPEL and 4 7/8-5" EG. I would like to get to 5.5 girth and 7" length. I was around 165 in HS (I was a twig..) and was a bit over 6 1/2", well years later and I now weight 200 lbs annnd you know what that does lol..Here is my routine:

-10min of manual stretching I listen to music on pandora and stretch left for 30 seconds, right for 30 seconds etc..

-stand in the shower and crank the heat up until I can;t take it no longer (raining down on my dick obviously to warm it up). After 2 or 3 minutes of this I can get the water pretty damn hot.

-Fill up the BM with the same hot water

-use the BM for 20min at full pressure, the kicker, I sit down in the shower. So when I am at full pressure I'm normally at 175 or so. When I sit down at this pressure it goes down to 165, so it really puts alot more suction on my dick. Sometimes this proves to be too much as I get blisters from time to time. However, these blisteres down bother me much; they heal, I put up with the pain, and away I go continuing my routine. It's a monday through Friday deal CURRENTLY.

I am curious, is doing this routine monday-friday a good idea? Should a guy go 2 days on 1 day off? I'm not huge into measuring anymore, I'm pretty well over the "holy shitness" of getting out of the BM. I just want a routine that will yield the best results and not feel like a second job ya know? I have tried the size genetics, and infact still have it. However, I can't get comfortable in it. Infact I'd like to just sell it...anyways, what are your guy's opinions on this routine?

My GF sometimes can't take the length I already have when I really get after it. But I have 2 dildos I bought for us to have fun with, one is like 6.5" in girth and the other is like 7" (the shane diesel model). The 6.5" one really gets her going and I know she is taking more than 6-6.5" of length so hence why I would like more. Plus, she can fit the shane diesel dildo in after a while, not for too long but it goes in LOL

I'm not looking for miracles, but I just want to someday in a month or two measure and go YES it grew!
 
The best girth gains with BM or any air pump (3-5 hg) is with low pressure. A lot of people on forums that have pumped with high/full pressure trying to rush the process have gained/cemented modestly or nothing at all after years, yes years of pumping. Check out MOS members Dan Clizer & our very own womanizer:p Acromegaly, they´ve made insane girth gains of 1,7 inches and upwards in under one year of pumping. What do they have in common? Well it´s not going overkill with pressure cause it will not really in the long term expand the dick and making cemented gains from it. So if you wanna be a grower and not waste your time in the tube i´d advise you to experiment what makes YOUR dick and nobody elses expand in a productive manner with little to no FR.

Lets pretend you have ED and use your EQ as your compass. EX for 2 - 3 days you pump at 14,5 in the tube and see how your dick responds to that in erection quality... hmm nothing happned well try 15,5 for 2 - 3 days, wow i just woke up this morning with a booner that was like concrete, well bingo you´ve probably found YOUR golden level. Now all it comes down to is TIME at this level like an ADS.

So before involving advanced excersizes find out what makes your girth expand ONLY with BM. When this is done congrats now you can take a look at Mikes SRT thread with the knowledge that both BM time and any routine in there between is 100% effective.

Always use your EQ as a compass, if your EQ is concrete/cement hard well do not change anything you´re on the correct path.

Your plan already sounds good, you just have to be consistent and do it every single day... Also I probably wouldn't go too crazy with the super hot water on your junk its bad for testosterone

I wholeheartedly agree. low and slow is the best method with pumping. You need to find that magic area with 110% expansion and no fluid retention. I always go low and slow even with the air pump I work up to 5 hg very slowly and don't go higher until the very end of the set I go 7hg then 10 for just a minute. We are trying to make permanent growth so work with your body not against it.

This is true, you should keep the temperature of the water at what you would for a hot shower, if not you could destroy sperm.
