Not true. If this were true, then we would all be dead. Sympathetic stimulation causes vasoconstriction in the internal organs, but vasodilation in the skeletal muscles. Parasympathetic causes vasodilation in the internal organs only. If there was vasodilation everywhere, there would be no net change in blood flow. The only advantage to this situation would be decreased blood pressure.
