Troughout the History of Penis Enlargement,how many bros have gained big in really short periods of time.E.G.DLD 6months 2 inches..

which routines they followed the devices they used...:)

There are so many reasons why some men may gain a lot or gain almost nothing,but this one time id like to know about those that made impressive gains and how they did it.


Shaded sam i think is impressive,king snake,acromegaly girth is remarkable,n some others that are slaying pussy out there:cool:

I think some gain slowly because of their genetic too.I gain length pretty hard and girth easily.DLD is a length gainer if you ask me,that's why he gained a huge size in a short period of time.I could gain 1" in girth in 6 months or sooner if i'm going ham on the BM :).I gained about 1.5" in length in 6 months,but i lost about .5" due to inconsistency.

Consistecy ->Good routine->Good diet/supplementation->Good sleep=Gains

I think consistency is the biggest problem amoung our PE brothers.Many of them do not remain consistent and that's why they don't gain.Or some of them take too many days off like some "experimented" PE forums recommend.If you want to gain,you have to stay consistent.This is the secret in everything.Losing weight,putting muscle,following your dreams,etc,etc,you have to stay consistent.If you give up and start again,you're back at the start.

Girth or length you're still working with the same material, so it boils down to poor form. Even you said the only length work you're willing to do is with an extender

Thanks for the advice guys but i'm going to take a good break from PE...i don't feel like doing PE,i'm happy with my size,7x6,and i have -1 motivation for PE.And i just don't want to do PE if i don't enjoy it.I have no length device and i'm 101 % sure i won't gain anything with just manual,i'm at that point where manuals won't work for me.I might get back to PE one day,when i get a SG ( still waiting for a job ) , but now i don't have the money to buy one.PE just isn't on my mind right now and i know without the right mindset,PE won't be as affective.I will still be here on forum to help others,but i will take a break from PE.

Some tribes do it daily as part of their ritual routines. How do they heal? That is what I wonder :)
 
the hungrier you are the easier it is, once you get to a size youre comfortable with you wont work as hard for the gains. remember when you first started PE how dedicated you were and how bad you wanted it, goals/perspectives change over time.
also you have to consider pretty much everyone agrees you will plateau at some point and gains become harder to make.
If you want to be MASSIVE you have to make it your priority, unless you are some kind of genetic freak

In the other case, they may be performing the exercises or tools incorrectly. If someone is not gaining they need to come forth and let us know so we can work, together, to change this. We can't help unless we know.
 
true, have to start searching old threads from brothers that have gained massive such as king snake, shaded sam,i think there was a guy called sticky i think he was massive. german stallion,fedora...etc.big gainers.

Engorge, expand, retain, heal.

Elongate, retain, heal.

Retention is a huge deal and the better you can do that the better you will gain.

What do you mean by retain, how do we retain in girth sessions? Holding an expanded size?

Ideally yes, but an improved flaccid is a good start.

Definitely and a strong increase in blood flow. The combination of training your flaccid to remain elongated and the increase of blood flow can really improve flaccid hang and weight greatly.

Ahh okay. So holding an expanded state=retention, just as the word means and bigger flaccid is just the result
