Hi.

Beginning of last month, I slept with this girl that said she was used to much bigger, but although she was good looking, she was a smoker and her nicotine breath prevented me from being fully aroused. I was concerned nevertheless. I then asked this other girl and she confirmed that I was on the small side…WTF!! After all the women and all the years this is the first time I hear of this or even suspect it. I don’t care about them at all but I am proud so I really feel like I need to remedy this situation. It goes to show that the “average” size is relative to the woman’s experience.

Ok so I started to look around on the net because I heard about Penis Enlargement before, I eventually found this forum. I learned to do jelqs and stretches and I also got the Bathmate recently.

I was more or less disciplined in my Penis Enlargement routine. I didn’t really have one actually and wasn’t to serious really until these last 4 days…I still made some gains though.

Ok I started at 6.5” BPenis EnlargementL and about 4.9” EG.

My current girth is steady at around 5.2” ish And after the Bathmate I am a little over 5.5”.

My current length is easily 7.25” now. And the longest I’ve measured it was about 7.4” but I was pressing on that ruler pretty hard haha.

My main concern is my girth…I want it to be a steady 6” to 6.25”. But it seems sometimes like I will never get there…it’s almost unreal…I mean that's cucumber size!

Phase 1: My routine is stretch 30 sec in every way and then move on to the Bathmate. I enter semi erect for 15 minutes.

I kegel and do some of those Bathmate stretches too while I wait.

After removing the Bathmate, I Jelq, bend and ULI for about 20 minutes.

Phase 2: repeat phase 1

Phase 3: I do some hangs..i use 7lbs.

Diet: Very Vegan like for now…minus the odd fish or seafood now and then.

Supplements: L-arginine.

You need some animal meat protein to get good gains, as a vegan you are not getting enough protein, or you can buy some protein powder and cut out the meat all together.

Very good day with Penis Enlargement...i did my routine and also added squash jelqs..i have never been so big for so long afterward. I noticed a burning sensation in the penis during the Bathmate phase...not unpleasant...kind of like a gym pump.

I hit slightly over 180 in the Bathmate...a new record for an unerect entry.

I applied vaseline around the base of the penis...This is must now! The comfort level is so much better.

My erect girth is easily 5.25" now and 5.5 at the base.

My overall feeling is that my whole system down there feels so strong. Ejaculation is crazy, penis is thicker, erections are way stronger. I am certainly going to continue this. :cool:
 
I took 1 day off and hit the Penis Enlargement again. This time i did 4 of my phase 1 workouts so basically 4 cyles of 10-15 minutes in the Bathmate followed my a manual workout. Big difference today because i used a rubber band around my base during the manual workout and HOLY!!! Much more effective for me.

I hit 186-187 in the Bathmate ( now this is without pressing on it and max pressure) if i press on it i pass 190 slightly...not sure how people measure this.

The biggie was the girth!! 6"!!! At slightly bellow mid shaft..this is crazy big progress for me! The rubber band and SSJ was all i did differently. You could clearly see how full the Bathmate was today. If ever i'm this big on regular...wow...makes it seem possible though.

I am now past 200 when pressing down and around 192-193 not pressing down on the Bathmate. My girth is still around 6-6.25 after the Bathmate at mid shaft and around 5.25 on normal no Bathmate days.

1) i learned that to get the most out of a Bathmate you need to pump it under water to max...wait a few minutes then pump again underwater. Then lie down in the tub and pump like hell while the Bathmate is pointing to the ceiling.

2) i learned how to do SSJ properly...

3) i seem to gain length way faster than girth...i hope to reach 6'' in girth some day...8'' in length is certainly possible.

but this french girl said i really reached her depth limit...which is cool

girth wise...it only take a 10 min session in the Bathmate to reach 6" now...compared to like three 20 min sessions with fluid retention before so progress is there. pushing past 200 in the herc...need the X-40

Great News! Nothing better than a girl telling you exactly what you want to hear!

As far as the X-40 goes, sell it to boneswiseready below and use that money to get your X-40:)
 
I might not get the X-40 right away...need the $ for other things right now and my Bathmate is pretty beaten up lol! the bottom cushion ring keeps un-gluing and i ripped off some of the sticker past 190 because it was in the way.

You know i kept saying that i was just measuring it wrong before or something...like it was a fluke or whatever, because actual REAL growth was, well, to good to be true right? Well there is no friggin way i was off by 1.5'' at first so this stuf DOEs work...and i'm not at all consistent either...i Penis Enlargement maybe twice or 3 times a week tops...for maybe 30 min at a time....maybe the extra rest is good though.
