Does anyone else do SSJs with less than a full erection, the way you would for regular jelqs/Uli's/etc.? I think I read somewhere that the tunica gets its best girth workout when it isn't already under a full load, and I thought I'd apply that to SSJs as well. Anyways, it's been working like gangbusters for me, I've put on 1/4 inch of girth in the last month or so. Thoughts?
 
I do it the same way, if your fully erect you can also get injured quicker. You need to find a fine line in erection hardness to get an optimal workout. Just experiment.
 
i do mine like that aswell, for the last 2 years i always did girth work 100% erectv and got injured with barely any expansion.
just last month i was chillin around with a semi erection prob like 30% and i dicided to just do some lite compression exercises , after two setes i had 1\2 '' in expansion , i have never had that before.
and now all i have to do is like 1 or 2 ssj and im already 1\2 ''' bigger it pretty sick .
so im deff for low erection expansion!!! but the truth is , what ever works for you!
