When I am performing this stretch my Ligs get that "feel good" stretch like when your' re bending down to touch your toes or sitting down and reaching for your feet. You know something is going on.

The best way to describe what I'm doing is that I'm, "hooking the ligs" sort of like Blue Whales stretch but I can perform it simply by lying down on my back or standing up. We all know where the ligs are. They connect the shaft to the pubic bone. What I do is push against the ligs
1. Lie down on your back or stand up and take four fingers from your left hand and push the left side of your ligs to the right. You may need to dig into the fat pad to find the lig, then just push it with your fingers.

2. While pushing ligs to the right, grab your shaft with your right hand and stretch to them left. YOU SHOULD FEEL AN INCREDIBLE SENSATION IN THE LIG AREA!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!

I need to know 2 things.
1, is this the log stretch people talk about? And
2, can I make gain from stretching the ligs in this manner as opposed to stretching downwards like normal? I will post picks soon.

I hear ya but I'm not currently hanging.
So this IS the lig that I'm stretching? How can I make gains stretching the ligs to the left and right like my routine consists of?

So I've been stretching the ligs in the above manner for about a week now and actually am starting to see some definition in the area! Awesome stuff.
What's happened the last 2 days however is I'm not getting the same soreness as I was the first couple days. I'm using the same intensity but the soreness is no longer there. Can someone explain to my what is happening and how I can get the soreness level to where it needs to be? Thanks and god bless the USA.
 
^sounds like your body is getting used to it and you need to increase the intensity....

1.what do you think about stretching downwards while simultaneously pushing against/stressing the ligs with the opposite hand like seen in the pic above? Do you think its a good way to gain. (I can already feel and see some "definition")
2. Why do you think after a short time of performing this, I've already lost the initial soreness I felt the first couple days?

The stretch you are describing sounds like either an A-Stretch or a V-Stretch, both are in the group of fulcrum stretches. Fulcrum stretching is smart as it uses two areas of stress to increase intensity and make gains in multiple angles. Soreness with any exercise eventually dissipates, this has no reflection on gains.

Its not a fulcrum tho. My Dick is not being thrown over my wrist or anything like that.
I'm attacking the actual ligament from the right and left. I'm pushing against it from the side then taking my other hand and stretching downward. I couldn't take a pic of the actual stretch b.c I need to hand to perform it.
