yesterday i was doing the blasters and during reverse kegel i accidentally thrusted my butt forwards and guess what!i felt the most intense stretch.anybody experienced this?

Yes sir! Body position can greatly effect every part of Penis Enlargement. Try doing RK's squatted and while stretching between the cheeks....OOOOOOOOO!

Thanks for the great tip!it seems a really intense version of BTC.:)should i do it with a half squat or with a full squat?

Try different angles and positions, feel where you get the most intensity and go with that. For me it is a full squat, for others it may vary because of body type.

Very true. Once that release is understood in the reverse kegel, there is little that can stand in the way of your and that size gain.

that's why whenever i do any kind of stretching,i always apply the principle of blasters....:)

That is a great way to say it and I wish I had understood the cross-value of Blasters with other stretches. Today, it is sili not to use the Blasters method in every stretch.
 
Reverse kegels are partly responsible for my permanent length gains. When done properly, my inner penis is pushed out and drops down giving me at least another 1/2 to 3/4 inch in length and at least a 1/4 in girth. The area behind my scrotum ( hidden penis ) enlarges and drops down out of my body.

i do the blasters in every 2-3 hours when my penis is wrapped with the ace bandage...did you try this?

Thanks DLD, after listening to the debate between you and a phalloplasty surgeon regarding Penis Enlargement vs surgical procedure, i decided to learn more about reverse kegels and man I'm happy i did. The results have been remarkable as I have been able to break stubborn plateaus in length, girth and also increased the size of my glans considerably. I feel as if reverse kegels are the holy grail of Penis Enlargement and i would appreciate reading more about it from you and the MOS family.

I have never tried this combination but will put it on list, right after testing the Hydromax that has been staring at me since this morning!

I still can't get the hang of the reverse kegels. Just tried stretching as far as I could while flaccid, and trying to reverse kegel, but it never gets longer. When I kegel it doesn't really pull back much either, aside from when I angle my piece so it's pointing upwards.

Do we still use the LOT theory? I know that was quite big back in the day but I haven't heard that mentioned in a long time.

LOT only gives you a position in tugback but this does take enough strength to cause the tug back. If your LOT reflects a low position it suggest that you concentrate on Tunica gains while if your LOT is high you still have potential in ligament gains. However, this information obsolete in the sense of ligamental limits. Even with a LOT as low as mine which is pretty much straight down I can still make ligament gains with Behind the Cheeks. BTC will always be beyond your LOT which means ligament gains should always be possible as long as the BTC position is far enough back and up.

WHen someone does a LOT on themselves and determines that they no longer can gain Ligament length, due to the way LOT is taught....a teaching that is irresponsible in my opinion as it discourages and confuses one to thing that ligament stretching will no longer be fruitful. Tunica gains are VERY hard to make and most Tunica gains come from girth expansion anyway. Stretching upward, to effect the Tunica makes perfect sense but when one sees the lack of intensity in this position (upward stretching) it becomes evident that more needs to be done to effect the Tunica. Remember, the Tunica has only 5% elasticity, making it very difficult to deform. Upward stretching should still be done as it will bring gains but very slowly. A concerted effort in girth expansion and above LOT stretching will be most effective in Tunica gains.

Cover all you bases! The penis gains length in 3 different ways:
1. Ligament
2. Tunica
3. Expressive

Each of these areas needs to be adopted and included in your routine to ensure if there are gains to be made you will make them. Ligaments will be effected by every stretch except those that leave the ligament slack in which you will be stretching the Tunica. If you have a low LOT, simply increase the down position of your stretches to stretch all angles from that position back to the extreme of the Behind the Cheeks.

Tunica as already covered, needs to be done through upward stretching and girth expansion. Using the SizeGenetics extender will be your best bet for long, upward stretches (can also be used in down position). The Tunica responds very well to long, medium strength stretches.

Expressive being internal penis and how to expose it effectively and stretch it. Much study has gone into this and it has helped many non-gainers to finally make gains. Best attacked through low grip stretches, Bathmate Hardcore Stretches or ring stretching with LengthMaster or PowerAssist.

If all these areas are covered, then all possible angular, internal and external gains will be realized. Better safe than sorry.
