Do we still use the LOT theory? I know that was quite big back in the day but I haven't heard that mentioned in a long time.
LOT only gives you a position in tugback but this does take enough strength to cause the tug back. If your LOT reflects a low position it suggest that you concentrate on Tunica gains while if your LOT is high you still have potential in ligament gains. However, this information obsolete in the sense of ligamental limits. Even with a LOT as low as mine which is pretty much straight down I can still make ligament gains with Behind the Cheeks. BTC will always be beyond your LOT which means ligament gains should always be possible as long as the BTC position is far enough back and up.
WHen someone does a LOT on themselves and determines that they no longer can gain Ligament length, due to the way LOT is taught....a teaching that is irresponsible in my opinion as it discourages and confuses one to thing that ligament stretching will no longer be fruitful. Tunica gains are VERY hard to make and most Tunica gains come from girth expansion anyway. Stretching upward, to effect the Tunica makes perfect sense but when one sees the lack of intensity in this position (upward stretching) it becomes evident that more needs to be done to effect the Tunica. Remember, the Tunica has only 5% elasticity, making it very difficult to deform. Upward stretching should still be done as it will bring gains but very slowly. A concerted effort in girth expansion and above LOT stretching will be most effective in Tunica gains.
Cover all you bases! The penis gains length in 3 different ways:
1. Ligament
2. Tunica
3. Expressive
Each of these areas needs to be adopted and included in your routine to ensure if there are gains to be made you will make them. Ligaments will be effected by every stretch except those that leave the ligament slack in which you will be stretching the Tunica. If you have a low LOT, simply increase the down position of your stretches to stretch all angles from that position back to the extreme of the Behind the Cheeks.
Tunica as already covered, needs to be done through upward stretching and girth expansion. Using the

If all these areas are covered, then all possible angular, internal and external gains will be realized. Better safe than sorry.
