No, theyt do not need to be done as Kegels as they will not strengthen the Pelvic Floor Muscles since they are a total un-flex of the said. Reverse Kegels are more an art that should be honed through practice in sexual situations to achieve male multiple orgasms, shorter refractory period and most cool is the remaining erect through orgasm. RK's should also be applied during stretching routines to circumvent the same muscles, to ensure for the best stretch, as in DLD Blasters.
