No, theyt do not need to be done as Kegels as they will not strengthen the Pelvic Floor Muscles since they are a total un-flex of the said. Reverse Kegels are more an art that should be honed through practice in sexual situations to achieve male multiple orgasms, shorter refractory period and most cool is the remaining erect through orgasm. RK's should also be applied during stretching routines to circumvent the same muscles, to ensure for the best stretch, as in DLD Blasters.
 
Thanks for the answer, DLD. But how much is this post ejaculation erection. How long does it last. I read here somewhere that RKs are a good cure for premature ejaculation, but how long does the erection last? Just wondering.
 
Just to double check my RK's....I want the sensation of trying to pee? and should i be feeling it in my lower abs?

When I do kegels I feel it in my taint region. But the RK seems to feel it in lower abs

I had the same problem as you now have. What helped me was I went to the bathroom and said "I aint goin out till I RK" It took some time. When you kegel- you sense the muscle and you know where it is located. If your RK is successful you should feel tension in the same place/muscle. What I can tell you from my experience is that
1- I must have my bowl clean first.
2- I go to the toilet to pee. I stop my pee a few times and when there is 40 % urine left to push it as hard as possible. After your urine is over the muscle remains unflexed and you feel it- do not reduce the amount of tension after your urine is over. That is how I found mine.
3- What I found to be good for me is to stop my breath and push- I find it hard to breathe while doing RKs.
4- Find at what position it is most comfortable for you to do it- for me it is when I am straight upright with my back slightly arched back. Experiment. Bend your body forward, backward, squat( slowly so you find the perfect angle).
5- My abs are flexed- here even I cannot understand what is happening with me- sometimes I find it better to arch my belly forward and flex the lower abdomen and sometimes I find it easier to just flex the upper part of my abdominals. Try upper, lower and the whole ab parts. Everyone is different.
6- The tension you should feel is pressure. The harder you push the more the tension is going to be.
7- I went to the toilet with the mindset "This is MY body and I am in charge.. Penis EnlargementRIOD. I AM THE BOSS. I SAY WHAT HAPPenis EnlargementNS- IF I NEED TO DO RK, I WILL DO A RK".
8- What is really strange to me is that there are days when I just go and do Reverse kegels and there are some days that I find myself unable to do this. This is the strangest part LMAO

I see the reverse kegel is a very useful excercise. However i cant understand how to do it.

Well as the name say , it's the exact opposite of the kegel exercise.You don't flex the PC musle,you UNFLEX it..if that makes sense..For exemple when you pee and you push the flow of the urine very hard , that's a reverse kegel.

The question why you wanna do it. Front reverse kegels and back reverse kegels. Front is like pushing pee more and back is like farting or putting more pressure to poo.

Don't play with kegels until you do a research about it. You will land in premature ejaculation if the pc and BC muscles loose its balance.
 
Stop the flow of urine=Reverse
Push the flow of urine=Reverse Kegel
 
I was checking the other day pics of guys whit thick dorsal veins on their penises,n was wondering if reverse kegels can help whit that,i have been doing reverse kegels for the last months n the penis looks veiny n more vascular.but the the dorsal vein is not that "thick".n id like to see how to get it thicker..:)

It goes from man to man shorty, some guys have naturally thick veins, others don't, but you can get them though through work I guess..

a few years ago i got bored of doing them everyday lol 300 + evryday it was hard having an erection..nowadays i really dont like them that much i like SSJ better

I LOVE SSJs man. As for the above Id say its as Perestroyka says and from my personal experience its about you overall shape.
I find my dick to be looking alot meaner and veinier if Im in top shape overall, veiny across the whole body.
