Still unclear about the whole reverse kegel thing but I'll experiment it in the FleshLight tonight, after I do an X40 session and a girth routine. I really wanna get the hang of the reverse kegel so I can get in the 'Last as long as we want, and then we cum' group!

As I said, I think LOT is more of a discouragement to men who Penis Enlargement than a helper. Telling a man he can't make ligament gains because his LOT is too low, well no ones LOT is as low as Behind the Cheeks, making ligament gains available to anyone regardless of LOT.

In addition, my studies indicate that LOT can be changed by using high angle Blasters. This exercise actually brought my tug-back from 6 to 7. With that said, if LOT can be changed to access further Ligament gains, then take advantage of this.

Reverse Kegels are best felt when pissing, when you push the flow of urine you are engaging in a Reverse Kegel. Most men will see an increase in length when doing a RK, some do not. I am not completely sure why this is but I still think the Blaster logic is applicable, regardless of slack length or not. When the RK is done the stretch is predominately focusing on ligament.

I would encourage you to do Reverse Kegels in the BTC position, this will help you access further length gains from that direction.

I am completely unaware on how to do a reverse kegel. I am extremely good at regular kegels, as i can do MMO/DO with them.

But i want to be able to do reverse kegels to balance my pelvic floor.

I read somewhere that you can do a reverse kegel by laying flat on your back ,legs straight on a bed and thrust your tail bone back into the bed.

When I do that, i definatly feel something going in my pelvic area/penis. But, I'm not sure if this is correct. So if anyone experienced with reverse kegels could let me know if this is correct feeling?

Reverse Kegels allow you to withhold orgasms or, if you have enough strength, allow you to have orgasms without ejaculating and maintain an erection. They're also useful for exhausting the ligaments when hanging at lower angles. The constant flexing of the ligs while hanging exhausts them and causes the tissue to become more relaxed and malleable for extension, ie. length gains.

hey man welcome to the brotherhood.it's easy to reverse kegel. the feeling of pushing out that last bit of urine is the reverse kegel.in other words when you squirt use short bursts/pushes to make that pee fly.once you have it down just do sets of 50,100,etc.i find that doing reverse kegels while having an erection gives you the best experience.you really feel the difference while erect.hope that helps."remember, short controlled bursts!"
 
Yup, lots of benefits of strengthening these muscles and learning how to flex them to serve good purpose whether it for Kegels or Reverse Kegels.

I guess I need to start doing these!!!! after 8 years of being married, I literaly came after 1 pump today...its deflating, makes me feel like less of a man (husband). the worst part is, it will be in my head now!!!!!

Granted I havent been laid or jerked off in a month. Ive been doing regular kegels and edging for this month duration, plus foreplay was long so i was uber excited.

The best thing here my friend is you see there is a problem and now are willing to make a change! Willingness to do what it takes to make life better for you and your mate is so valuable and admirable. I think this makes you a wonderful Husband! Your routine sounds good and I suggest you add to it whenever and wherever you can, the more you practice the stronger your pelvic floor muscles will become and the more able you will be to reap the many rewards of the kegel/rk.
 
Interesting! I agree that reverse kegels sure have some good benefits, but my question is if they should be done throughout the day. I recently got the hang of the kegels and the RKs. I started doing kegels all the time- when I am walking sitting, eating, brushing my teeth etc. But somewhere I read that if not done in balance with rks, the kegels might lead to premature ejaculation themselves. I made myself a routine of an hour of 2 sec kegels, an hour of 5 sex, an hour of 10 sec, an hour of 20 sec etc. But no reverse kegels included. Can you please tell me how much blance I need- rk for every kegel or what. And DLD, do you support the " an hour of 2,5,10,20,30,60 sec kegels" or you can recommend something better ?:( :)
