I have a question about reverse kegels.
I recently saw some posts talking about reverse kegels. Its been a while since I've heard about these so i began to dig around on various forums. So, now i'm confused on how a reverse kegel should be done after reading so many posts.
I do know what a regular kegel is, and i do some while sitting around, but i tend to do towel raises for kegels. You could say i have an idea of what muscles are involved, but i can't wrap my head around what a reverse kegel shoudl look or feel like.
I read that laying down on your back, with your penis laying on your stomach, and lifting your penis up off your belly up in the air is a reverse kegel. Is that a bunch of bs or the truth? If its completely off please someone explain this one to me.
