To add to what I said before for me it kind of feels like the area between my anus and my balls is inflated like a balloon. It expands downwards. I still got trouble getting the technique right. I force it a bit too much but that gets better with time, practice and a stronger pelvic floor.
 
Next time you go to take a piss, force the urine out and that's what a reverse kegels pretty much is in a nutshell aha. Good luck with them bro!

You do not need to be peeing to do this. Simply push like you are taking a piss, with force. This is a Reverse Kegel.
 
What I do to hold it for longer is mimic the time i breathe with the kegels.
So i keep inhaling through my nose while flexing my abdomen to hold kegels and i exhale through my nose while flexing my abdomen to do reverse kegels.
I just thought this would help some people.

Whats up guys, I hope you are well. I´ve been studying the mechanism of the dld blasters and the reverse kegels. Before doing the dld blasters, I perform a basic stretching routine, but instead of doing 15 quick kegels while stretching, I perform a 15 seconds strong kegel and then I release and I perform a 15 sec reverse kegel. I can really feel the stretch by doing this. Is like the same mechanism as the dld blasters but doing a normal stretch. What do you guys think about? Thank you very much!!
 
Every manual stretch should be accompanied by the Reverse Kegel. When I discovered to Reverse Kegel is when I invented DLD Blasters but the premiss is completely relatable to every stretch. So, you are very smart in your assertions, reverse kegels will make every stretch much more gainful.

relaing the muscle helps a better stretch indeed
 
Doing a reverse kegel while stretching isolates the ligs and decrease the amount of stretch going to the PC muscle,so when doing basic stretches ,try to sort of do a constant reverse kegel throughout the stretches,but whilebdoing DLD blasters, do a 5 second kegel followed by 2 second reverse kegel release and while releasing,pull the penis more to its max stretch.Strive for monstorsity my friend :)
 
One of my favourite things to do is to reverse kegel while I am hanging SO and SD. I get a much greater stretch I feel, if you hang you should try it out!

If you want you can try DLD blasters, it is basically an A-stretch and while holding it you kegel and reverse kegel. It is a great exercise, I will find the link for you and post it in this thread!

Eugine pretty much laid it out for you. The whole premiss of you inquiry is based off of DLD Blasters. The theory can be applied to every manual or mechanical stretch. When we reverse kegel we avoid muscle pull back from the Pelvic Floor Muscles allowing for pure ligamental stretch.

Couldn't have said it any better myself DLD, i use the reverse kegel both when i am hanging and when i am doing my manual stretches, it really does help!
