Hi all,

I have been working on the pelvic floor muscle exercise to try to release the PFM as I has been doing hindi squats in most everyday. I have been told that I need to do the reverse kegels, but I have got no idea how to do this.

How I can do the reverse kegels what I need to do??

Do I need to squeeze my pc muscle at the same time when I push out on empty urine or what?

Yes.

Just like to Kegel to slow or stop your flow, reverse kegel is the push that makes you pee faster

The best way to know if you're doing it right....is to put your finger, on your, freshly washed of course, taint......then do a Kegel you'll feel the muscle raise up.......then relax, and feel as the muscle comes back down.....when you do, then force it in that same direction, down, and bam, you've done a reverse Kegel!! Lol, then go wash your finger!!!👆

Its 2 separate things just like the movement of your arm, if you try to push while holding a kegel, it will be like curling your bicep and the same time trying to relax the muscle in the end doing it that way doesn't benefit you.

Did you try what I explained? About putting your finger, right behind your sac? That's the most for sure way to know that you're doing it right. And you're not supposed to be doing two things at once.....it's not a Kegel, and at the same time trying to pee......regular Kegel, is like you're trying to stop pee.....reverse Kegel, is like trying to pee. Two totally separate actions.

No, push the flow of urine, like pee as hard as you can, that is the muscle movement.
 
Hey DLD, or anyone with experience in reverse kegels, i'm currently trying to develop my mind muscle connection to RK's, my regular kegels are decent, not extraordinary, but far from weak, and i feel i have a pretty good mind muscle connection with Kegels.
BUT im having a ridiculously hard time with RK's, mostly just farting my ass off, not being able to target the pc in the perinium area.
I was once able to actually do them while having sex for about a minute, but havent been able to do it since with out gas, and mostly because i can't seem to make it work.
Should i start doing kegels and training my PC muscle? i'm wondering if getting better with my kegel will help me control the RK's, although i have heard that it can lead to premature ejaculation, because your body will always want to tense the pc. so i deff dont want that.
 
My honest opinion, is that regular kegels are far more important to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and the reverse kegel is really just for sex, and increasing the power to a stretch.

Please dont worry too much about this, and a method I used in the past with the RK, was to perform a bog standard stretch while flaccid, then at full stretch perform a standard kegel followed by the reverse kegel [RK].

You will notice the difference; keep doing this, with a stretch straight out, regular kegel followed quckly by the RK, and that RK once you become more controlled with that, may be held for longer and longer.

This is what helped me, also when having sex and doing the RK, I always found sucking my lower abs in helped.

im trying to develop my mind muscle connection to reverse kegels, i cant do them very well at all, and ive started nutting way to quick after this last dry spell, too much jerking off quickly. now im nutting in likea minute of tight snatch. smh fapping to ���� -worst mistake ever!
the reason i think it will work is because i was slamming my ex and i actually managed to hold the reverse kegels for some reason and it worked, but now i can't do it.

Yeah, i understand that, but what im saying is, i can't do reverse kegels, i can't seem to be able to push the muscles to relax.

It should be the same muscle movement of pushing the flow of pee. It feels like you are pushing from your abs to your ass.
