Well I cant even imagine if you dont have that vein if you can ever "create" it ?
Im pretty satisfied with my fat dorsal vein on top of my dick, but have other issues I have to work on (frenulum tying incoming).

Reverse kegels won't help with what you're aiming for. Do the opposite of Reverse Kegels.
 
I can say for kegels that they're so important in this job, much more than actual workouts, you get fucking faster gain if you work them on daily basis and routines every other days...

Extremely important. If a man enlarges his penis without training the Pelvic Floor Muscles he will not be able to hold enough blood in his penis. As you grow you need to increase the strength of the PFM or you will suffer with poor eq. Kegels can be done at anytime sop there is no excuse for missing them. Get them in every day and watch your penis grow along with it.
 
so is there a way to hide these veins ones they start showing ???

From the time I started doing kegels anytime I think about them throughtout the day, my wife said my EQ went through the roof.
I also get 100% hard much quicker and cna hold them kegel for a long time - before I could hold it only for few secs.

yep they are enjoyable n effective exercises like them too

That is the reaction you want, more and more strength, more and more endurance. Kegels and Reverse Kegels are so important to penis enlargement, without them enlargement would be possible but eq would suffer for most.
 
Everytime I try do them I feel im going to burst a blood vessel in my brain. I can never seem to feel a contraction when I do them. You guys got any tips?

Maybe you doing some BE (brain enlargement) instead of PE ?
 
The reason you cant feel a contraction is probably because its not a contraction. Its a forced relaxation of the pelvic floor. I have found that as my pelvic floor slowly (very slowly) gets stronger from doing kegels reverse kegels gets easier as you can feel more what is going on with the muscles.

why are you feeling that? maybe is due to the fact that blood stream starts to flow faster and the blood vessels get engorged whit more blood.hahah
