Hey guys, I've been doing DLD's newbie routine since July 2012, but I've had no gains so far. I'm doing stretching in the morning and jelqing in the evening. I warm up 10 min. before and after the exercise. For some reason I can't feel my ligaments stretched and my foreskin is after a couple of stretches pumped and turns purple. Is it possible that there's something that could hinder my penis to grow?
