Something strange happened on my 2nd week newbie routine program, my ligaments started getting soar, I haven't gained nothing I just started doing this exercises, I just wanna know, about the soarness is this a good sign, I'm I gonna start seeing gains? Should I press harder? I do 1 hour of pe a day, the newbie routine but not the jelking or kegels cause I'm only interested in length, and the 2 sets of hardcore bathmate stretches, and 4 hours of size genetics, can some1 get back to me on these, thank u.

You should follow the whole routine, jelqing will help with length too,and kegels are a vital part of every routine...do kegels every day if you can,it's gonna benefit you big time.

Yes the ligament soreness is a good sign.

You are in your 2nd week of PE..don't expect any gains yet. It's gonna take a few months until you will gain noticeable gains.

Stick with the newbie routine as listed, from what you say you only do strethes for 1 hour?Followed by bathmate and extender?Follow the routine entirely for the best gains.

Newbie routine is a great place start. Keep at it and you can definitely bring in some length gains.

Soreness is a good sign in the ligaments area, especially if you are new to P.E. Just make sure to seperate soreness from pain. If you have sharp pain, instead of dull soreness you need to take a rest.
