I've been lurking for a while and have been doing the newbie routine 5 days a week for three weeks religiously. I haven't noticed any gains and actually observed my erections becoming a little weaker. Should I take a full on break, and if so, when can I resume?

Something pretty common ,try and train 2 on 1 off...training 5 days straight might be too intense for you and that's why your EQ is going down...go for 2 on 1 off..or,if you still want to train 5 days , turn down the intensity a bit.

I would not take any time off. If you have weak erections take advantage of this and get as much stretching, extending or LengthMastering in. There is no better time to train length than when the penis is fatigued. This theory is easier to understand if you read through DLD Blasters. There is never too much length work. As far as girth goes there sometimes needs to be a break because of poor eq. This seems like a double standard but it really isn't, some men need more rest than others. Try to find your perfect balance.

Thanks for the advice. I get a bit enthusiastic thinking about my goal of 9 inches while exercising. I'll try to turn down the intensity just so I can keep the same schedule. I'll be checking in more often.

Very well said dld there's no reason not to do your PE, and stretches help to recover your strong erections too.

Length work will never cause fatigue in girth work so you are correct, training length on fatigued days is smart and realizing that eq will return the next day. In these cases I suggest exclusive length and girth days.

Often you must take a few days off and you will come back wit ha stronger harder erection!

I did not see this suggested but I will now. Some men need much more intensity than others and we are starting to get a good idea why this is and how we can combat this. SRT Routine is a routine that covers every possible area where gains can come from and it teaches you how to access and utilize this information in the best way. SRT is a routine that will brings gains to even the hardest gainer. With that said, be sure to read SRT and particularly understand the last part of the study to get a better idea or what PE will deliver.
