:) I'm excited about this new exercise of mine which is unique compared to all other width exercises around at the moment and nothing like it exists. With these on my long months of testing I've found HUGE temp gains afterwards that I've never seen in other methods such as toilet compressions and ATS rollers.

If you wnat a wider penis than these will DO IT for you I'm certain :) and once I get the length solid will start to hit them hard.

They are done clamped and you will need a few very easy to find materials around the home.

To be released soon .... the wait is nearly over and Shane Diesel width will be for EVERYMAN and his dog ... months of testing and research by me on this!

Everyman and his DOG? I'm a cat guy personally but if I had a dog he'd be on his own with Penis Enlargement. Haha.
 
i've been hoping for a revolution in width, i wanna SEE my girth when im poundin away, that would be incredible.

but you say its done clamped, i have trouble with clamped stuff, after a couple days mye rection quality REALLY suffers, how can this be remedied

i've been doing the DLD bends for a few weeks and its hard to tell if its working or if its just in vain.
 
can't wait to see this.. i think we could all use a width maker.


and to foolery, take a day off, begin edging & wear a hair tie behind the balls as a cock ring & eat more protein & zinc. hope it helps :D

Width takes some time. DLD Bends are a great exercise and Toilet Compressions too are a great width exercise. Stay consistent with any exercise to see it come into fruition. This new exercise by RED may be your ticket but be sure to be consistent and give it a chance to work.
 
Will be released tommorow 2nd July with drawings to illustrate how to setup.

Guys who dont have a clamp can use something else such as shoelace, cock ring, hose clamp etc doesnt have to be a cable clamp but I like them allot because of the safety concerns with just clicking it when you need it off.

The exercise is like nothing around at the moment I promise you this and works like nothing else either. It isnt something you will pickup instantly and will take a few sessions to practice and get right [Those with clamp experience will take to it quicker] but its well worth it.

I dont want to reveal much at this stage but will say this for those who want to really give it a go ... if you have some of the LARGE cable clamps than get them out ready, you will need two otherwise try and buy two or have some string [shoelace] spare.

As I said at the start this thing has been in testing for awhile now and albeit I havent used it enough for permanent gains because my focus is on length at the moment with doing these inbetween on nights off from lengthwork so not to overtrain, I have seen BIG temp increases in my width and take it from me, when done with consistency it will result in a WIDER penis which is still more girth, just in that area we all find it difficult to target .. width, like wide shoulders can be a bitch to work and its really only the seated or standing d/bell lateral raises with the back of the dumbbells higher than the front and the with arms pointing to a 10 past 10 position from the body but with a bend at the elbows, no higher than the neck to keep trapezius out and that is the best lateral deltoid exercise for width. Dont want to get into a debate over physical exercise here but my point is that shoulder width is hard for many to gain and indeed naturally broadness is and we know it to with penis width aswell.

All this is free for the MOS brotherhood and although I KNOW you will gain from them, I ask that several of you do use these in your routines for the next 8-10 weeks and see how they work for you, because I'm confident I have finally cracked the code of penile width! I think you should make one sticky listing all of your exercises in one thread. I got wayyy too many favorites saved all over my computer.
 
Red I am super stoked about this. I'm gaining decent girth (I want girth more than anything) but I've always wanted to get "wider" down there. I cannot wait for this.

i know right? in like a week or two i gained .25" to length, but girth just stays the same. it's also the biggest pain to work on. i can't wait to see what you've come up with Red
 
While we are on the subject of width, do horse squeezes target width more or all around girth?

RED, what happened?
Did you release the new exercise? I've looked around but haven't found it.
