I have incredible insurance and my 120 day stay was completely covered by my insurance and I got better. My life is incredible now compared to the way it was. But in my stay I saw people come in with drug habits, mental problems and no housing. Their insurance, like most insurance, allowed them to stay for 7 days! This is ridiculous and these people never got the help they needed. Most of these patients would be back the following week for another 7 days and this pattern repeated itself over and over. I went to the hospital to make a medication change and it took all of the 120 days to get it right. I have no addiction issues,money issues or housing issues and my heart breaks for the people who do and can't get the help they need. This is a vicious cycle that can easily be stopped if insurance companies gave more time and hospitals charge less for the stay. My stay at the hospital costed my insurance $120,000 + medications! That is ludicrous and completely unjustified.

What I learned about myself mostly was I had many habits that were from a lack of discipline. Once I took control and responsibility for my issues I was able to exercise the discipline necessary to change my life. Yes, the medication played a major role in my getting better but the cognitive piece was just as important.

this generation (mine included) has this weird ass race running towards a diagnosis. or some other label to put upon themself.
"im depressed" "im bi polar" "i can't lose fat" "im an alcoholic" "im anorexic" (and don't get me started on kids and adhd. i mean a kids mind wanders off for a few minutes. and someone is stuffing his head with pills) etc etc.

and yes there is people with these diagnosis and those people need help.

but so far. the people claiming to have diagnosis. and who actually should have one. i would say 50% is just whiny bitches who wants attention. and i can't stand it.

i call it "the victim mentality" people don't want a good life anymore. no people will be on their peak. if something horrible happens to them. so they get the chance to whine. preferably in the medias. and frosting on the cake is if they have people to whine with.

at some point in history people started to symphatize with losers. which is fine. but it resulted in people starting to see the successful people as the bad guys etc.

most people now adays are programmed to become losers. they don't want people informed. they want them in depth. and stupid. slave 2015!

I hear ya, and totally agree. If you want results with anything (weight loss, better income, happier life, or even a bigger penis) it all ultimately comes down to you! And as mentioned before, one needs discipline and obviously the right mind set.

Personally, as mentioned before, I have always been a bit shy and embarrassed about the size of my penis. So ultimately, I have done some searching and tried a few things. I've gotten some small gains, but now that I have this account here, I'm finally getting some great feedback and much appreciated support!

The only thing I do t have right now are the goals that you have in your chart. I don't know if I want to make it to 10 inches long, or who knows, maybe I do and decide to go for a bit more? I guess my love life will be the final determining factor on that one. I would just like to have something that is not going to make me feel shy and aftaid to be nude in some situations.

I guess the only discipline I really need, is to control my "self soothing". Yes, masturbation. I enjoy it, and the release it makes me feel. But I don't want it to hinder my gains, or my routine (ie: mid routine, I finish myself off in stead of completing my routine). And along those lines, as mentioned before, I'm really interested in finding that drink formula that contains celery seeds I believe, and you mix it all in a blender for a bigger load.

Sorry got a bit off topic. Anyway, I just wanted to check in quick and let everyone know I am on a bit of a routine with stretching and using some various cock rings. And sorry for no pics yet, but I'm still without internet and I'm not sure if that's causing my pics to not load or what. You're getting the right attitude now, that's the most important part. Setting goals is all about what you want. According to surveys the perfect size for most women is somewhere from 6.5-8.0 inches in length and 5.5-6.0" inches in girth. That's some easy data to use to help you set a goal that maybe fits in that area.

With the masturbation, if it's becoming compulsive or your can't NOT finish yourself off while doing PE you might want to address that. Don't let it become a bigger issue down the road. Now we all do that sometimes, but you need to be able to control it, especially for your girth workouts.

To bring this even more to a reasonable place, on a big poll that was done with strippers and dildos, most of the women picked the 6.5 x 5 inch size as being their favorite. This is incredibly encouraging because I think every man can get to that size.

Wow, that's interesting. That is very achievable for almost anyone. I wonder if there would be any difference if it was a real penis, being that all of it is not always usable and with a real penis, they are not in control of it the whole time to ensure it's hitting the right spots. Would be an interesting survey, if they lined up real guys of different sizes and did that test again. My guess is there would be no shortage of volunteers.

Probably going to get some more tonight after work, and again tomorrow morning. I'll share my results some time tomorrow.

Plans have changed slightly. The reason for not fully bringing myself to orgasm is because I was to meet with someone for a sexual therapy session. I was contacted by them, and informed me that they were not feeling in the best of health. I'm not too worried about it though, because I slightly injured myself at work last night, and didn't realize how bad it was until I was home and relaxing for about an hour. I was ready to contact them first thing this morning to cancel anyway, but they weren't feeling good, so it all worked out.

No worries there. I believe I have disciplined myself enough to hold off until I can get rescheduled. So in the mean time, I believe I will continue to make celery a part of my daily snack. Wasn't supposed to be a video, was supposed to be a pic. And I'm not sure on the file size off hand. I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus, and I selected insert video, then it gave me the option to select "video" or "picture" so I selected picture, and that's what I got

Sadly I did not take pics, but I finally decided to see what kind of a difference the celery made. Let me just say I was not ready for the outcome. If I had to guess, it was about 3.5 tablespoons worth! And I shot much harder and further than I ever have! (Possibly over a foot in distance, and I'm usually a dripper)

2 weeks of waiting, plus 10oz of celery every few days = pretty amazing results!

Good for you. I have also been eating celery but have not yet seen good results. I may increase my intake and keep a better record. You have inspired this in me and a bigger load is something I really want to acquire.
