You're right, I do not take it every day. But I just recently picked up 3 different supplements, and did not feel comfortable just taking them all at the same time right from the start. While I doubt they will have any "bad" side affects (like drowsiness) I did not feel comfortable taking everything together right from day one.

Another thing, I do not want my system to build up any type of immunity to these supliments. Much like muscle confusion, I figured cycling through the different supliments might actually help due to my system not "expecting" to get the same pill, the same time of day, every day.

Eventually I may try different things with the supliments. But for the time being, this is where I'm starting. For future reference, please be respectful when making any posts. If you have something constructive to say, or any questions on why I'm (or anyone else here) is approaching a "new" method a certain way, do not expect to post in their thread (or mine) with negative energy about the situation. It is to my understanding that this forum is for people to share information, ask questions properly, or leave constructive criticism on the topic being discussed.

I mean in general for the desired effect to show from all-natural supplements. You gotta take them consistently. That is how titan works yes?

I agree if herbs are pure without any chemicals their effect comes after some time.

With any medication or herbal supplement there will be a time before you get the full effect. In most cases this is only a couple of days but as you get into some medications it could take up to a month to get up to a therapeutic dose. You should be able to find most of this information online. TITAN's take about a week to get things going.
 
So it's been a bit since I have checked in. Just wanted to say I am still keeping up with my routine (stretching, supliments, and celery). Unfortunately I have not been able to do another test to see how much cum I produce, but hopefully I will have another update on that soon. I will also possibly be making an attempt at taking all of the supliments on a daily basis in stead of cycling them to see if I have a better result. But until I get my next result, I'll keep everything the same so I can see if the numbers are close.

newbie here, trying to understand SRT. In short it means no underwear, stay elongated as long as possible, and routine as posted right? I just got the bathmate and sg from this forum, is there a simplified workout optimized for this sort of stuff? I really dont want to spend all day jelqing.

I've read the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine, but aside from that and SG for a few hours a day, would I still need to to the stretches?

For girth work, follow the 5x5x3 routine with 5 minutes jelqs in between each pumping set. You need to combine manual stretches with the SG. Follow the SRT routine as it is written.
 
Will do. I can also say that including the celery and supplements has enabled me to enjoy much more firm erections which is nice to have, especially after a good stretch session. I know it's a good thing to get some fresh blood in there after stretching for multiple reasons. And I have noticed some more gains, mainly while flaccid. But I am enjoying the fact that I can have a rather solid erection, even if I haven't gained length while erect.

I think my goal is to achieve 8 - 8.5 inches, and some thick girth while erect. Already I have noticed that I have gained a good bit while flaccid. Before, I was just barely any head showing with no shaft, worse than some of those pics advertising for penis pills. Currently, I am about 3 inches flaccid, and roughly 6 inches erect. Gonna keep my routine up so I can hopefully hit my goals!

You will get there my Brother, just remain consistent and progressive in your training. SRT will help you understand the gaining and healing process so as to help you gain faster. So glad to hear your EQ is good.
 
Test results are the same as before, sadly no improvement in volume. Still feels great to experience that kind of release though.

Guess I'll just keep my routine going anyway. Maybe add another supplement to the stack later. But for now, I'm just going to keep my routine (stretching and supplements) going. More updates later.
