SRT Questions - First Routine Help

Hello Brothers!

I am new to the forum and PE, and I am very interested in doing SRT. I had a read over it several times and I have some questions about the routine.

Ok, here it goes.

1. After completing the stretching routine that I am supposed to do for the first 2 weeks where do I go from there?

2. Do I do the girth routine on the same day as the length routine or do I do it on another day?

3. I have a Bathmate Xtreme. Should I do the Bathmate 3x3x5 over the girth routine? or do both on the same day? (Seems like a lot of work for a complete beginner to do both.)

Id tried my best to put together a routine from my limited understanding of SRT here it is below:

Mon - Girth routine/Bathmate 3x3x5 + Siliring for 2-3 hours or until bed (taking it off every 30 min.)
Tue - Length Routine followed by sili sleeve for rest of day.
Wed - off wearing SiliSleeve all day.
Thurs - Girth routine/Bathmate 3x3x5 + Siliring for 2-3 hours or until bed (taking it off every 30 min.)
Fri- Length Routine followed by sili sleeve for rest of day.
Sat - off wearing SiliSleeve all day.
Sun -Alternating between Girth or Length Routine.

I also want to get some Kegels in there.

So how did I do!?

And how would I make progress with this routine after the first month?

After following this routine would I be able to make the advertised 1x1 gains in 3-6 months?

After stretching you should put on your SiliStretcher and keep yourself elongated for as long as possible to help cement the new length gains

This is up to you but for myself I did length in the morning and girth at night. But you could do girth every other day and length every other day. Here is what I adviseave always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

3. I have a Bathmate Xtreme. Should I do the Bathmate 3x3x5 over the girth routine? or do both on the same day? (Seems like a lot of work for a complete beginner to do both.)

you did a great job and you gave yourself a lot of variety which will keep you inspired and motivated. This will definitely not be a boring routine. I would add in a few things to make it perfect. Erect stretching, bundled stretching and expressive stretching. Pick one exercise for each of these groups.

once you get past your first two weeks you stick with the routine as it is written. You can add more time in if you want or other exercises but SRT is made to be a permanent routine.

And how would I make progress with this routine after the first month?

Take very good measurements right now so you can make a comparison after you train for 30 days. The only way to know if your growing is to measure.

After following this routine would I be able to make the advertised 1x1 gains in 3-6 months?

I made a 2 inch game in length and six months and a half inch gain in girth so it is definitely possible as long as you work your ass off like you really want it.

Thanks! But I was talking about what to do after the first 2 weeks of the stretches? Add more time or stretch intensity? Sorry I should have been more specific.

Awesome! Saves a bit of time there! After the first month of doing the 5x5x3 would I ever add more time or sets to it? Or is the 5x5x3 a static routine where time and sets do not need to be added?

Thanks! Would I add in the erect stretching after the 2 weeks just to be clear? And how much erect stretching should be added? Also for the expressive stretching could I add those in on my Bathmate days via bathmate stretches? Or would that interfere with my girth focus for that day?


Could I use a cockring or Siliring with the bathmate? I find myself having trouble staying 90% erect when trying to enter the bathmate and get setup. By the time Ive done all that I've fallen to 70-75% erection (and thats with cialis). Would it interfere with girth gains using a cock ring inside the bathmate?


And just to be really clear could you spell it out for me? I think Im getting it but all the pieces of the puzzle just aren't clicking.

First Two Weeks:

Length Day : Bundled Stretches + Stretching Routine
Girth Day: Bundled Stretches 5min + Bathmate 5x5x3

After 2 weeks
Length Day: Bundled Stretches + Stretching Routine + Erect Stretching
Girth Day: Bundled Stretches 5min + Bathmate 5x5x3 + Bathmate Stretches

Does that sound right?
 
I’m happy to hear you got some awesome tools coming! After the first two weeks you’ll be changing your stretching routine completely if you’re going with basic SRT. And then everything SRT you always wanna push yourself to the extreme.

The 5×5×3 you should use this until you start slowing in growth and from there you can add sets or time. But for most people the 5×5×3 is what gets them to do their goal.


erect stretches should be done every other day for 10 minutes. You could do 10 sets of 60 seconds. It’s very simple grip right below your head and stretch straight out in front of you.

Bathmate hard-core stretches are a great expressive stretch. Also low grip lengthmaster stretching is awesome too.

you will wear your cock ring after your 5×5×3. You will wear your SS after you’ve done all of your length work. Both of these practices are for healing.

you’ve described it perfectly it sounds just right. I suggest you start a progress thread and write it out as specific as possible and I can do a better job of advocating from there.

Any tips on how to enter the bathmate 100% erect? I always fall to about 70-75% erection when trying to get set up and put it on. And that's with using vitamin C!

I will create a progress thread tomorrow. Stay tuned. Hint: It will be the exact routine below as I want to be a perfect test subject for SRT.

I found this absolute GEM by reading random posts in the newbie section. PLEASE add it to the first page of SRT. It would make it a lot simpler for newcomers such as myself and save you about eleventy-billion questions haha. Also please double it check it for accuracy. Just to be sure that I have the latest and greatest of SRT.

Kegel exercises are not part of the SRT program, but they are recommended to do on a daily basis to develop the Pubococcygeus (PC) muscles, the pelvic floor. The Revere Kegel is also recommended with the execution of any length stretching (pulling) exercises to assist with faster length (elongation) gains.
