Hi all. Having just completed my Length Master, I would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed with a good routine. I've looked at Spankydog's routine, but i'm not sure about the hanging portion to get things started.

I've just went back to the newbie stretches and 300 jelqs yesterday, but my girth is too big and it's length gains that i'm after...just too much girth, go figure.

My current routine is as follows:

warm up with hot washcloth for 3 to 4 mins,

bundled tunica stretches,

Blue Whale's __________ stretches occasionally.

Since time is an issue with keeping my routine from my wife, I wondered what combinations of exercises done with the LM would be most beneficial? I'm interested on the best bundled stretch routine with the LM as the number of reps and for how long?

I realize everyone's results can differ, but best proven methods would be appreciated.

Thanks for everyone's help.
 
Im doing the DLD beginner stretches with my LM
I do them Down, Straigth and up both clockwise and counterclockwise..
take me about 20mins :) works well
 
I did not think Spanky was hanging, I thought his routine was strictly bundles, roles and stretches?
 
Spanky's routine is listed below. I had a chance for about 20 mins with the LM last night...HOLY SHIT!! I almost ripped it right off!! Then my cock wouldn't do much because of the internal force, but through the night it felt like I had raging new growth inside my hard-on. Quite something, now to keep up the good, consistent work.


Spanky's Length Master Routine
My exercises look like this:

5 minute rice sock warm up.
10 minutes of light hanging using the hanging attachment. I hang 20 pounds as a warm up.
Then I attach the Buncle attachment and I do the following:

5 Twist stretches to the right and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Twist stretches to the left and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Roll Stretches upward 30 seconds each
5 Roll Stretches back between the cheeks again for 30 seconds each.

I finish the routine using the Power Assist A-Stretches. Basically I follow the DLD Blaster theme using the Assister.

Finish up with another warm up for 5 minutes.

Warm down and I am done. So far I am close to 3 quarters of an inch stretches and a solid .5" erect gain.

Ahha! He does hang:) After looking at his routine again I can say USE IT! It is a bad ass routine...even without the hanging:)
 
After reaching 7" finally about 2 weeks ago from just doing the twist streches manually, after hanging today with 15 lbs for 15 mins and then doing the twist stretches with the LM, my flaccid length is now over 7", maybe 7 1/8th by now.
Still have to do the DLD Blasters yet today, but doing the hanging really seems to have helped.
 
More hanging has worked out well...I tried 20 lbs of hanging for 15 mins, but it was too much. 15 lbs is a nice weight to put the stress on, but not to do damage. Keeping the blood out of my head to prevent discolouration while clamped seems to be going well. From the usual 6 3/4" up to a 7 1/4" flaccid length measurement, that's a 1/2 inch increase!

My erect usual excited length has cemented at 7", so even when I get to 8" i'll still keep going...who wouldn't want to have a 9" cock?

Progress yesterday with the DLD Blasters. Since I had issues with them, this is what I did:
I warmed up, I pre-exhausted my pc muscle, I put my dick through the LM/PA ring and then attached the wrap and hanger with 10 lbs on. After 10 mins, I then added 5 more lbs and grabbed both handles for another 5 mins.
Wow, what a ride...new stretch marks on top and the dull soreness this morning. I pushed out on the RK's while doing it and pretty much forced myself into the A stretch with this new system for me...lets just say I'm more than pleased right now!

That sounds powerful! Post this exercise in the main forum, I think others will love it.

It is new for the PowerAssist, unless someone already came up with it.
 
With the amount of sheer force pulling down and my effort pulling up, this one was sure a challenge. I was sweating up a storm and only thinking how long the last 5 minutes were. Checking in the mirror with side views, I could see that whatever I did or where I moved the ring along the underside of my cock, I was in a perpetual A stretch...adding Gold Bond to the underside of my unit really helped to decrease the pinching too.

If people are skeptical, just try it for a 15 min session and report back on the result...you'll be glad you did.
 
I wonder what it would feel like to stretch my dick over another dick that would get some nice angels lol DLD A-stretch "revision". Dude wtf!
 
I just believe something flexible would make a great stretching device.... I swear thats the only reason mannn!!
