How it works is: I'm laying in bed, since I have trouble making my penis erect I am always trying to massage myself hard while I am also stretching. I wrote it out in my thread the other day but I wrote it wrong.

You pull any direction- for the example I will say UP. While pulling up you want to Kegel. While you are pulling up you don't really let your penis relax from the Kegel. I stretch at max tension and Kegel at max pulse, and it feels like a pretty good strexercise =) All you need to do is grab just below the glans like any other stretch; down, left, right, out, or up- hold it; Kegel. I do one full Kegel squeeze, as many as I can before changing directions. Then I will add the __________ stretch on it.

I have been doing this stretch for several months and I thought it has been working effectively along with Bathmate pumping and stretching. The best part is I can do it from bed and then you can lay on your stomach and grab from BTC and hold that for a minute or so to get a really long intense pull.
 
What is it called? Make a famous name for yourself!
 
I thought it toughened up the ligs if you kegeled during a stretch? And thats why people reverse kegel, to make the ligs more vulnerable to the stretch?

I had no idea never heard of it. You have to kind of play with the tension otherwise it slips. I do a lot of massage and get semi erect and just stretch through it and it goes back flaccid. Its actually a pretty good stretch I always pull too fast and fatigue it right off the start. Rotary stretches are really good and also the __________ stretch is a must, and then of course I always finish up with a happy ending. :)

Yes, so we will need the Winter, Summer, and Fall Stretch to grow year round:cool:
