Thought I might delve into this a bit since there's been a lot of interest in the multiple sessions and sets done with the Bathmate. When I started with the Bathmate it was after doing quite a bit of research on how the Tunica expands. The research here on Mike's site and also on Bib's site lead me to believe that a LOT of time in the Bathmate would work well. The reason is that the Tunica expands of course as its under pressure and the more time its under pressure, the faster its likely to expand. So, my reasoning was that IF I could work my way up to multiple sessions per day, then maybe I could reach a point where the Tunica was under pressure for 2 hours or so each day, many days in a row. (The other real nice benefit I've found to many sessions and short (6 sets of 6 minutes) was the fact that fluid retention was just tiny.) When I first started a little over two months ago, Alex and several other people were saying that indeed, multiple sessions per day were working to give them big gains. All of what I heard only made more more confident that it would work. It did work extremely well for me with gains of 1.5" in girth and 3/4" in length in those two months. I realize I'll need to give it another 6 weeks or more before those gains are cemented, but I feel they are permanent.

Anyway.....just wanted to lay that out for anyone who was wondering why the multiple sessions and sets might yield quicker gains, while at the same time keeping fluid retention to a minimum.

I think you are right on track with that.

I use to pump for 10 minutes, then hang 5 pounds straight down for 30min, then pump an additional 20-30min. After that I would break and do the Newbie routine later in the evening. I also took L-arginine without missing a day and that's when everything changed. Of course there were variations to my routine and I slowly worked my way up to that, but it worked for me and I think that is the direction you want to be going.

Thanks for confirming that Turnover. Now that you mention the L-arginine, it reminds me that another thing I've noticed over the last couple of months is that when my Testosterone levels are high (the day after heavy leg work for example) I get much better expansion in the Bathmate and new records are set in girth particularly. This has happened 6 or 7 times over the last two months when I look in my log book, I see the correlation. I've also been taking a Tongkat Ali supplement that has pushed Testosterone levels even higher. Its good to be experimenting with things to see what works.

I think that on leg days your girth expansion is so great because of all the blood you are bringing into that area during leg training. Keep track of your measurements next time and compare to days you are not doing legs, may be something cool to find there.

You could be right about that Mike.....Thanks for the suggestion, I'll work on keeping better track of measurements those days.

Hey Dan,
Started last night doing the multiple sets with Bathmate.Thanks for sharing your experience with us .
In my first 4 months with the Bathmate I did mostly DLD hardcore stretches and gained 3/4 " in length and an inch in girth.I wanted to know if you do the Bm every day or you take a rest day into between?
I did 4 sets of 6 min last night and will try 5 sets next session.

You're welcome Dickleaker! You made some excellent gains as well, congratulations! What I usually do is just play it by how I feel. I don't have a set schedule and I like it that way as it allows me to do it more intuitively. There are times when I will hit it really hard for 2 or 3 days in a row and then real light for a day or two. I also try to time it around when I can literally feel that Testosterone levels are higher as I always have a greater session if I do that. I would say over the last 9 weeks, I've only taken about 6 days completely off.

That would be awesome to find out that leg work before girth work produces better expansion! I got skinny legs and a skinny dick. I can grow both at the same time haha.

Yes, it would. I would be willing to bet that it does have an impact. As Mike suggested, it could be the increased blood flow. I feel its probably a combination of that and higher hormone/androgen levels. Start hammering those skinny legs Toby! :))

Hey Mike, I think we ARE onto something here. I did intense leg work two days ago on the 6th. About 2.5 hours of leg work, followed by an excellent flush of the muscles yesterday by walking up a steep hill (about 1/4 mile). Today's workout was the best I've ever had. Got up to 198 in the Bathmate, came out of the Bathmate at 8.25" at the base. I was 1/4" longer and 1/4 larger in circumference than I've ever measured before. I'll keep testing this throughout the summer and see......really exciting stuff!

I knew it! This may be a very big thing for girth work and at the same time guys will be forced to get in shape! Very cool indeed!

Yes! I feel it could be BIG for both length and girth. I have never seen length like what I saw happen today, I mean I literally saw my cock lengthen 1/4" today beyond anything its ever done! And yes, you're right.......we'll be forced to get our sorry asses in shape! :))

Yeah, I agree Mike. I will keep you posted. Its part of my "job" to do large amounts of leg work because I pull logs out of the woods (by hand) for firewood. So, usually a couple times a week I get in real intense leg work for about 1.5 to 2.5 hours each time.

Nice work fellas!! My leg workout is tomorrow so I can test this for myself. So do you think taking a testosterone supplement before routine would yield similar results? Or is it just the increase blood flow from the leg workout?
