Aren't there foods that can help boost testosterone levels?
What would be your issue with hormone replacement therapy? It will be something I'll be looking into if/when I start having any side effects of low testosterone. I honestly don't see anything wrong with it and the health implications are limited. A lot of people see hormone replacement therapy thevsames as taking steroids, and even though they both are testosterone based drugs , a streroid user in the gym takes considerably more of it taking his testosterone levels way way way beyond normal , thus bringing with it shut down of any natural testosterone when they finish a cycle. Replacement therapy brings your levels to where they would of been in your 20's by taking test in much lower doses and it's dialed in such a way that associated side affects are non existent.
There are a few products available to buy that claim to raise natural testosterone levels , with some being better than others like DMMA, but they could never get you to the levels of replacement therapy. Joe Rogan has been on it since he was 35 and he's in his mid 40's now and swears by it.
