HI all
Ive been jelqing since 7/25/04 and havnt seen much gains yet ill run over my routine with you.
I started on 10 minute sessions now I do 20-30 minutes, I sometimes find my sholders and hand muscles get quite tired while jelqing .
I massage myself to 80% errect, then add a good ammount of vassaline, I use the "A-ok" grip and start at the base and my thumb is at the base of my penis (is this correct I read somewhere else that hand should be other way round)
I do 2-3 second strokes and look up at some �naked people movies� if I feel like im going down,
when doing strokes should I have any split second gap or never letting go? i.e having my other hand at the base ready to repeat, when im almost finnished the last one?
