I have been messing around with differnt variations of the slammer, and I came back to a exercise that I use to do a long time ago and pretty much forgot about it. I got great results from it and am going to start using it again now that I have seen how well it worked in the Supra Slammer
The exercise
You can either do the slammer routine of "balloon, edge, uli, jelq" or just do the "uli and then jelq. Which ever way is fine, I go for 100% engorgement, so I usually do the whole thing.
Once in the uli with one hand, get a good squeeze you can use a cable clamp as well, if you want both hands free, I feel I get better engorgement with just jelqing with one hand though.
Start jelqing your penis while in the uli, now with the Supra Slammers, you just do one long and hard jelq, with this you do between 25-50 long hard jelqs at a time, then release and get fully hard again, then repeat as many times as you wish. You keep the uli in place with one hand, and jelq with the other. The Pump From these is unreal. Try it and tell me what you think.
