Firstly, I wonna say I'm sad at the bitching going on in here at this man for a simple mistake, a typeing error.
This isnt an interagation, why keep doing this to him?? He has backed up his story, and if you read his threads in the fitness section you KNOW he KNOWS what hes TALKING about.

People, just lay the fuck off ... stop the bitching, its like being in a forum of woman here at times.
Long LONG LONG, have we at MOS wanted a fitness freak like Forgiven, and now we have one ... hes one that can guide us fuck ups [body-wise] onto a sexyer better body, dont go shitting all over him cos you found a typo in his post ... he has alot to offer for MOS.

I moderate a BB forum, and have several fitness related dipolmas.

I just found it odd to make such a mistake because when you compete or even just Bodybuild you have to be good with numbers in your chosen sport, this includes protein per day, calories, fat, and as much as anything weight/LBathmate (Lean body mass) and BF% (body fat).

Yeah I Did All That For A Reason Pat, Its Called My Carrer, Thank You For Reaving Who I Was, U Just Fucked Up The Only Thing I Love, Now That Everyone Know This I Have Nothing My Carrer Has Gone To Shit And Most Of All My Family Will Probably Find Out, And They Will Be Embrassed.
