Bonjour! hello from France!

I restart to pump some days ago , I love it but I feel that I loose some sensitivity on the penis head. It means I can keep my erection but the dick is not that hard and when I am in action (sex) I have less sensitivity (for some guys this is cool but for me not cause I have to do "long" session of sexual intercourse to ejaculate= long lasting guy)

This is the second time I notice this ( I pumped years ago )

Note that I am not a newbee and my dick is conditionned by stretches/edges etc.

Pumping, being girth work, can cause fatigue where the penis finds it difficult to hold as much blood as necessary to fill the penis, hence softer erections. You can try two things, one is to leave more time between workouts when planning on sex or 2, get some viagra to help with this. Overtime you will become more accustomed to how much you can take on before fatigue sets in. Also, I would greatly appreciate if you read through the SRT Routine as it will bring a 14 year education in PE in the time it will take you to read. SRT gives great direction to advanced healing and gaining. There are also very important exercises that should be addressed that are contained within SRT like Expressive Stretching, Bundled Stretching, Erect Stretching, etc.

i think you might be staying in the pump for too long. Good luck bro! pumping can be very addicting
 
Hi!

I restart to pump 3 weeks ago....I do 5 mn sets and some 10 mn set ..No idea of the pressure cause this is a homemade air pump (I work with feeling and no pain)

I start with a 50% erect penis for some sets and after I try some erect penis pumping. I do jelq betweens sets and some times I recover with infrared lamp.

I need to use a gauge to know exactly the pression. I am looking for a gauge like this one but cheaper Handsome Pump | Vacuum Pump | Penis Pump
 
Yes, get a break fluid pump with a gauge on it so u can read the HGs. They run about 20-40$ online. I also suggest saving up for a bathmate it is a game changer.
 
just a question i have noticedwhen people talks about pumps they do talk about HG what are the HGs

The BathMate is a must in the girth department, the SRT method brings girth so quickly.
 
Im not an air pump type of guy.

Sensitivity can be reduced a bit from pe from time to time. If you are worried take a break. Your penis gets accustomed to the stress progressively.

In my experience lack of rock hard erections from pe can be overwork. Which means you should back off.

But i realized eventually that its usually because of new growth.

It makes sence doesnt it? Your penis can hold 50 ml of blood (i have no clue if this is true im just taking a random number)

Now you stretch the penis. Which is the container of this blood.

Now the penis can handle 55 ml. So the body has to pump the blood faster to get it rock hard. But your body isnt used to that!

When i do Girth sessions i will occationally do a 2-3 hour edging session. Working on deep breathing control of the pc muscles.

Getting erect. And relaxed. Massage it. Get erect relax. Trying to get it harder and harder everytime.

Combine this with a bathmate. Holy shit! I have had +1.5 cm temporary girth gains right after a session like that. and the more you keep it erect like that
The more this becomes your natural size.

If you have the time for it. Try it out. Works amazing
