First and foremost, I am new to this site and not a skeptic anymore. I truly want to make gains and I saw the Newbie forum and guide on how DLD added two inches to his length using those techniques. As I go and look at the rest of the website, I cant help but notice this SRT thing, and how its basically the quickest road to success. As a new guy, my goal is just 7.5 inches in length and 5.5 inches in girth. I have used the bathmate (not on a serious regime...just every now and then). I know the SRT involves some investment considering the equipment needed, but honestly that price has no value compared to the price id put on walking around confidently, knowing I can satisfy almost any woman. My question is should I start with the newbie program, which gets results down the road, or go with the SRT program which can potentially get the best results in the quickest time.

As of right now I am 4.5inches long, and about 5 inches in girth. If I got the SRT and worked hard on a daily basis....what is a good estimate in size increase I can expect? I know everyone is different, but just looking for an educated guess from someone who has experience with SRT/ PE in general. Thanks in advance guys

Also, if anyone knows about a good program that can promise about an inch in about a month or two, that would be a blessing. I know you cant rush gains, but im looking for something just to see what it is like. Once again, thanks in advance guys!
 
Start with the newbie routine,SRT is more advanced ,with the newbie routine you will learn how to jelq/stretch/kegel properly before jumping into the SRT.DLD said he gained 2 inches , that's the best case scenario,don't expect the same exact gains.Read the SRT and apply the principles to the newbie routine,like no underwear,do bundle stretches before workout,etc.After a few months of newbie routine,you can start with the SRT.Meanwhile get yourself the tools if you can.

SRT will give you the best and faster gains possible,a 1" gain in 2 months could be possible.

I wanted you to get more advice. Bump simply means I posted so the thread goes to the top of the forum giving it better exposure and more answers to your issue.
 
Follow the above advice already given. Start at the beginning, even if your not new to the PE game. You'll see things differently following things the way we do. We're here for the long term and any questions aren't stupid or foolish. Renew the vigor in your mind and body, then introduce into your PE program. If you can get the tools for this lifestyle, then get them, if you can't, don't worry, you'll still gain. Start with the newbie routine, if after a month you see you are ready, step up to the next level with SRT. In that time, you can get all the tools ready. Nothing is quick, you can gain quick but most people end up losing it cuz they gave up to quickly. Just relax and don't make things into a rushing event. We got you man.
Your length is almost what I started at and your girth is good man. I'm over 6" now and I was doing the simplest routine ever. But it does work, so plan for a bigger penis and some time away from loved ones lol. It's worth it though. Good luck brother.
