I've been pretty consistent for a month or so, I'm following DLD's first routine and I have already seen minmal but noticeable gains in both length and girth.
I'm in good shape and workout most of the days, lifting,doing cardio and diet is as clean as possible, however I need to have some things clarified.

What can be the causes of weaker erections??:(?:((not including stress and anxiety) On some days my erections are weaker and can't hold them long .

Can it be the stretches? Can it be masturbating to ���� too often? ( 2-3 times a day) ? I just read somewhere that stretching can cause it, haven't had a problem till now recently when i started being more consistent.

I need some feedback and of course any advice on getting better is welcome. Thank you.

PS: I sometimes masturbate before a stretching session so I won't get hard, this is why I end up masturbating twice or more a day. Is it ok if during stretches i have a 30-40% erection?

excessive masturbation is bad and it can be one of many causes affecting your EQ. once before lenght work= good, before girth work= bad. drink plenty of water,eat well sleep and rest well and you'll notice things change for the better

From my own knowledge and experience, weaker erections come from several different things. One of the top things I figured *for my body* was amount of sleep and also the kind food I was eating. Smoking and other drugs also reduce your erection quality.

I don't think stretching will reduce your EQ unless your member hasnt been conditioned to be stretched at high tensions i.e; overtraining.

I've started a no-fap session and have noticed a large improvement in my EQ as far as firmness and amount of time. Masturbating excessively CAN definitely be a factor in decreased EQ. I've also read that ����������� can hinder in your ability to keep an erection whether you are masturbating or having sex.

As far as 30-40%, I'm not sure whether that is a good or bad thing. As far as far as I'm concerned it all depends on your body and what you see over time.

Great to hear that the exercises are starting you on the road to gains!

Weaker erections can be cause by a multitude of thing all varying person to person as Megamike and Hamrocker54 said excessive masturbation can really harm your EQ quality. Past that i know that sleep is a huge one for me even just missing 3-4 hours kills them for me if its consistent over multiple days. Greasy food and junk food are also horrible for EQ but im guessing with you being on a diet those items are at a minimum, Some medications can cause it as well. Frequently though its mental getting worried that its not at 100% can cause you to not reach a 100% i would try maybe cutting back on masturbation a bit no or all the way and see if you do better cut out ���� for a time see if those are affecting you. Trial and error is the best way to discover what works for you as what works for anyone else may not work for you.

Have you added Kegals into your routine, If not start them today it may take a few days to see the effects but speaking personally my EQ improved dramatically after constantly doing them where-as my EQ was 80% at best when having sex lasting one time to an EQ at 100% and being able to go multiple times.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Food! To answer your questions; Weak erection quality happens in a few ways. In PE it is caused by a great girth workout, this type of fatigue can last 24 hours. There are also weak erections due to mental reasons, stress, anxiety, frustration, etc. A major place would be masturbating too much. 2-3 times a day is simply obsessive and will wreak havoc on your EQ. Once a day is OK if you are not in a relationship/married. If you are in a relationship there should be no masturbation unless it is mutually agreed to. If you are masturbating once daily do it sin accordance with SRT, before length work. After orgasm the penis is in the most malleable state possible and will allow for the best stretching experience.
 
Thank you all for the support, I will certainly keep going, I guess it is due to stress, anxiety, poor sleep quality and also poor diet since I'm freaking out with school this last month and it takes out a lot of my energy. It is just confusing and makes me worry that on some days I manage to have that ���� dick and on others Noooooope. I also tend to be very detailed about everything in general and this can be a curse sometimes. I had days and why not, weeks where I could stay consistent to exercising, dieting, PE and having a clear and chill state of mind with minimal stress and thats when me & my penis were at its best.
