I can beef up the girth fairly easily it seems (with effort of course) and due to time have tentatively decided to focus exclusively on length for a period potentially until I add about an inch in length. My question is this... If my routine were to focus entirely on manual stretching, ADS usage, and minor hanging to the exclusion of jelqing and girth related exercises, is there a downside that I might not be aware of? Perhaps some missing synergistic dynamic that causes results to be reduced if not done in combination. Anyone's comments on this would be appreciated particularly from those of you with good results and experience under your belt. Thank you in advance.

Penis Enlargement background on me...

I learned of jelqing in the army about 15 years ago and have done various forms of Penis Enlargement in about 4-6 90 day increments spread thoughout that time. I went from 4.5 or so inches up to a little over 6.5 inches now. Girth sits at about 5.3 mid-shaft and has increased over the years but I really don't know how much. I started this endeavor back up again about 120 days ago and plan to continue non-interupted until I add about another inch maybe inch and a half (depending on the wife's comfort level) as well as up to an inch in girth.
 
None that I'm aware of. I've increased length and girth with stretching exercises only.
 
Make sure to do kegels and jelqs your erection will suffer if you do stretch's only just do light jelqing.
 
Yeah your erections will suffer like everyone has said. There have been videos posted here of monks who stretch it for that reason. Also, your length gains will significantly suffer if you don't at the very least do 100 wet jelqs directly after your length routine. That is the bare minimum, otherwise I think your gains would come at about 2/3 the rate. The reason being that it helps the stretched out tissue to remain that way by ballooning it with blood. Also the intense following bloodflow allows it to heal faster (faster meaning more likely when it is in a stretched out state).
 
Just to agree with joe, I've done it both ways, a faster gains from jelqing are the norm. and speaking of fast use fast strokes are needed 1 second, is best for length.
