Ok DLD you got me. The LM is the shit. I wish i could walk around the house butt naked with this on all day. Now 2 quick pointers that i must mention.

1) Sleeves are the best substitute for the wrap. I was going to wrap but it seemed tedious so i just put on a pc of a flaccid jackit (but any sleeve will do the quick trick)

2) I put the LM on with the power assist attached then after some wonderful felt base stretches i put the p assist/lm behind the cheecks and tugged to get it just nicely positioned. Once done; i closed my legs together (while standing) and i started going back and forth as if i were doing stand up sit-ups. Every time i bent backwards, i felt the lovely pulling/stretching force in the pubic area. My big thighs also helped keep it snugged behind me while i walk around the house with a very long tshirt on. Lol. Anyway it felt like a good constant pull while walking as well.


If any body has a good lm(only) routine, advice, tips, etc. Please put it here.

Btw: I need to perfect how to raise the thing on the screws without one side getting stuck. When i take it off, i need to learn how to lift it straight up. Any pointers?
 
Put the LM flat on a bench top (i use the bathroom vanity/sink) and press one hand flat/down on top of the power assist hole while you undo the screws with your free hand, with both screws undone you can release the downward pressure and it comes up evenly.
 
Iam thinking about putting it on while wearing a extender. But once its on then i will undo the extender noose from around the head. This is so i can get a good workout at good elongated size without worrying about trapping blood by doing it while erect. The only thing is the side rods might get in the way of me being able to get the best grip. But it may work.

Any thoughts?

Seems like a total waste of time to try to do.
 
Maybe you're right. What i did do though was put on the head cap/sleeve from autoextender and put the lm on but i didnt clamp it down. Then i used the harnest to pull the head cap (with penis in it) as far as possible. Then i tightened up the lm and took the harnest and head cap off. This did help me get maximum full penile body leverage.

Imo. I rather put the lm on while the penile is stretched to help my stretches concentrate on 75% of the penile body instead of a lesser portion. Because the part that is being clamped down is not getting stretched. Jmo.

I see your idea and it makes sense, but if you go quickly you'd be surprised that your penis remains pretty stretched out. When I put on my SG after a LM session, I usually have to take a break to pee inbetween and after 18 min of LM stretches and 30 min of hanging, then a pee break, slipping into the extender is really easy. Infact, I move the SG to it's max length and can pull my penis straight out and attach it with a great deal of ease. I think this is what your fear is and will find is easier as you become more accustomed to it.

Ok. So basically you are saying that it's best to use an extender after a good lm workout in order to stretch the upper shaft better. That does sound like a total workout. I will do this. Thanks.
 
I think that all manual stretches should be replaced by LengthMaster stretches. This would not any time to your workout but you would make much faster gains. Also, remember the LengthMaster is a hanger, I think many guys overlook that.

yeah kinda ala srt healing in an elongated state... try 45-60 min after your stretching session or read up on dlds srt thread about the theory.
 
I can't believe more people don't use resistance bands with their lm. Ykm started it and I do it now as well and I think it's genius. I started with 8 lbs then 13 and now I'm on 16lbs. It's such a great way to stretch without using your hands at all. It does pretty much the same thing as hanging but WAY safer and you can do it in all directions, not just straight down, which btw is terrible for the neck and back.

I seen one with youknowme hanging like 25lbs. Oh shit. You're right. There is one where he is connected to the rope which is hanging from something and he is moving backwards. Idk. I have to find that and check it out again. At the time i didnt have the lm so i didn't pay too much attention. Thanks.
 
You can either wrap one or multiple bands around a stationary object or use the door anchor. Either way works great.

Many guys overlook hanging and hanging in general but we don't really promote it here. Most of the current active members on MOS right now made their gains from stretching.
