I've been working out since about 3 months now. I started using Phallosan about three months ago. Then I added jelquing and some manual stretches. Well, I quit wearing the Phallosan about two weeks ago because my little friend was swollen and hurt constantly. So right now I'm doing stretches only. 25 minutes once or twice a day. And I feel like it's much better to do manual stretches cause I can pull much harder than the Phallosan did. I found it hard to stretch using my bare hands so I'm using the Phallosan (w/o the belt of course) which allows me to stretch harder than using my hands.

Now my question...My primary goal right now is LENGTH. So I wonder if it is alright to do stretches and kegels only w/o jelqing for now? ?:(
 
If you only want length you can solely do stretches but since you can exclude girth exercise you may want to add some additional stretching exercises, to expedite things. If you are doing basic stretching, for example, you may want to do a session of DLD Blasters.
 
...oh yes, kegels are very important, so it is good to see you included them. You may also want to check out Testicle Health Massage and Stretch, a very healing, growth enhancing exercise, plus it is good for penile health.

I do your newbie routine (the stretching part and the kegels) which takes me about 25 minutes. And I thought maybe 90 seconds of your DLD Blasters.
Would that be sufficient?

Btw is it okay to do brief stretches during the day when going to the toilet or is that too much stress for shorty?

The more the better. I never feared over-stretching, short or long sessions.
