Hey all, I'm relatively new here, this is only my third post, but I've been doing the DLD Phase 1 for about 3 weeks now. I had done some other Penis Enlargement exercised for 2 weeks prior and am taking supplemental pills as well, and have already seen some nice newbie gains, from 6.1 x 4.85 to 6.4 x 5, but I have a question regarding kegels.

I've read that the strengthening of the muscle helps with sexual performance, giving you longer lasting power and such. Granted, I have only been doing them for 4-5 weeks, but my girlfriend went down on me the other day and I could barely control myself, having to stop her almost every 45 seconds before I ejaculated. Now, when we have sex, I'm tremendous at controlling myself and we can routinely go for over an hour, but is it just that the kegels will, in more time, help, or could I be overworking them and thereby reducing the strength?

I only ask because I've read elsewhere that it's better to go every other day instead of every day since the PC muscle is a muscle like all others, and too much working out of it could be detrimental.
 
I dont think you can do any damage to your PC muscle or it would cause any harm by doing too many kegels...personally, I do about 50, 3 second kegels after each session, AND I do it throughout the day, like while im on MoS reading posts or at a red light, or in class or whatever. This is EVERYDAY so I wouldnt worry mate. Just as long as your not going on 1000 kegels streaks holding each one for 10 seconds I think you'd be fine. advice from a veteran would be more credible, however. :)
 
Hmm sounds like your PC is tired and your prostate is adjusting to all the new stimulus. I'd say keep going.
 
I've heard that the PC Muscles are actually bad for stamina (I know many ppl/sex traineres recommend them), but this is more new breakthroughs. On many sites people are saying just like you that they lose stamina. They say that even though you can squeeze harder the ejaculation gets triggered much earlier.
 
Here is an example of a highly regarded posters post on a different message board. I will admit before anything that I myself know very little, and am going straight off heresay, but there have been many of these posts on message boards. Here is his post.

As of right now I corrected most of the damage of what the mainstream pc muscle exercises have done. I can now say I can last as long as I want. When Ido these during sex sometimes I can feel energy going up and down my spine to my brain.. Like heat and tingles and such, but it doesn't happen right way but when it does it feels great. Some people may argue that exercising any part of your body is natural and can't harm you that may be true depending on your intentions. If you want to cum faster you can do the mainstream way of doing the pc muscle exercises and cum faster or you can do the anal contractions and reverse kegels and last longer."
 
After reading that link, I reckon that combined with preferring edging for the last 2 years has whats given me partial ED. My PC is shot to shit; its shaky and can't hold its own. Hopefully if I work it up, it will improve everything sexually for me.

How do you plan on working it up?
 
Reading that guys post scares me. I may stop doing kegels all together because he says it makes you cum faster and in my book thats a nono. I'd rather sacrifice stronger orgasms for myself then stamina. Its about all I have riding for me.
 
How do you learn to do Revers Kegels? I cant find a real answer as to what they are.

When you're peeing make it shoot out with force. That's a reverse kegel.

Hey guys, any insight into this? The negatives of Kegels...and info about the reverse kegel?
 
I am interested in this as well.

I had a question the other day in the main forum if it was possible for the PC to become to strong. This may be part of the case.
 
I'm doing kegels for more than 6 months. My erection strength increased, my latency time also increased very much. I found it very useful.
 
Edging will give you sexual endurance ;) proven and tested , plus you sex drive will skyrocket:)

I think it doesn't end with you ejaculating, at least that is what I do.

You can choose.. i choose not to ejaculate, cause once i dont my Testerone level goes up ..that is very very important.
