I do them during length, girth and while masurbating.
I just don't have a seperate routine during the day.

But I've tried doing them whenever I read about them on the forums :) - like right now.

Maybe I can start doing a kegel routine while brushing my teeth or warming up

Do kegels whilst working, in class, walking to and from places, you can do them any time anywhere!

That is just fine, makes little difference how you get them in as long as you get them in!

Randomly is just fine as long as you are getting a shit load in. I do it the same way, I am always doing kegels not even knowing it. This has given me so many benefits and I hope others reap the same rewards like lasting as long as you like in bed, shorter refractory periods, a bigger head size with a kegel being held, male multiple orgasms and even keeping an erection after orgasm. Also, it should be known that if your penis become larger and you have not increased the strength of the PFM (pelvic floor muscles) your erection quality will not be up to par.

This could explain so much :/.
Could a baseball bat shape (thin at the base and getting larger to the top) encourage lower EQ?

Not at all, the shape of the penis has little to do with the penis shape and everything to do with having stronger PFM.

Phimosis can easily be dealt with through basic stretching. It does take time to get used to having the glans exposed but it will work. I have always suggested using the thumb and forefinger of both hands to gently stretch this skin until there is enough room for the glans too be exposed.

When my foreskin is stretched too much (and frequent erect pumping can even cause that for me) I get white tears/scars on my top of my foreskin.
And when I took the weekend off of PE it healed pretty good but it started to tear again when I did 5x5x2 on Monday. That's why I do only stretches right now or at least no BM until it fully heals.
I also apply a healing cream (bepanthen) frequently. Once it heals I'll start to lightly stretch the foreskin again and moderate it with PE.
 
There will more than likely be stretch marks (white, pale strides) and this is expected since we are stretching the skin. In most cases these stretch marks are very hard to see. This can be greatly minimized by warming up longer and applying a pea size portion of hydrocortisone and massage that in.
