there are a few things i need to ask about "Kegel" exercise.

1) i never really done any Kegel exercises since i started useing the bathmate 1 month ago. how important is the kegel exercises?

2) if the kegel exercises are important what kinda effect does it have?

3) if the kegel exercises are important, how many should i make each day? and how long should i hold it?
 
Look in the SRT thread and it explains it all. Stronger pelvic floor muscles, stronger erection, able to last longer in bed, good for your prostate as you get older, blood flow, etc. You can do kegels all day long if you wanted to. Just a simple workout everyday will be fine though.

Kegels are vital to penis enlargement. As the penis becomes larger it demands more blood flow and the trapping of this blood to bring the best erections. If you grow without strengthening the Pelvic Floor Muscles you may end up with erection quality issues where the penis is too weak to support the needed blood flow. Kegels are just as important as gaining size.

You can start with what is written in the Newbie Routine but I would like to see you, and everyone else, go beyond this. Kegels should become a subconscious activity you do throughout the entire day. Kegels can be done anywhere so I suggest putting them to habit and get and keep those PFM strong and supportive.
 
Go take a piss, stop and start over and over again. It'll feel bad at first, but continues to get better. Then take your hand and place it on your Gooch, in between your sack and anus. Do a kegel and you'll feel it. That's the muscle. Once you get good, you'll be able to raise towels with your erection. Follow the routine DLD gave you. Then continue to improve on it.
 
I personally love to do towel raises. Just get erect, hang a towel on your dick and lift it using a kegel squeeze. I do as many reps as I can and then hold it for a few seconds until the towel falls off. Then I get an erection again and start another set.

There is no real "PC" muscle, as a matter of fact what we call the PC muscle is actually called the BC. But it should be noted that this muscle alone does not account for the strength in erection quality, but is the entirety of all Pelvic Floor Muscles and muscles radiating into the core and sphincter.
 
Try doing kegels in the bathmate. The increased bloodflow gives a better pump and the weight of the water makes the exercise more strenuous. Win win in my book.

Good thing people nowadays can understand the difference between the PC and BC muscle. I remember so many threads and fussy fighty fits about this subject. Kids grow up.

So sili and the fights occurred because I left �other forum�. I always referred to it as the PC Muscles (Pelvic collection) and some dude at �other forum� gave a specific name to a single muscle the BC. I believe PC is a much better way to express this but I think the best way is to call them "Pelvic Floor Muscles" as they all need to be strengthened and all are strengthened through Kegel work.

Whether you think they are working or not please trust me, do them anyway. Kegels and building strength and endurance are a critical part of PE, without having strong pelvic floor muscles eq will reduce with every gain you make. Kegels are the unseen catalyst of a successful PE routine!
