Hay guys, I would first like to apologise. I know my question is probably answered a million times and Its bad ethquite not to just search. However, I really am losing my mind from the wealth of information that im seeing on display here and I really don't know where the fuck to start.

First a bit of background.. I'm 28 years old and at a point in my life where I want to have something a little more than nature intended.
