That sounds perfect. I usually hold each one for about 60 seconds to 2 minutes.
 
I haven't changed much in the tube yet but I want to say that the bathmate is worth it just for the temporary gains...even though I want the permanent more. The sex after is amazing. My wife is certainly loving life!

The road to permanent gains is lined with temporary gains. It is the continuous expansion that brings permanent gains to the penis so you are in the right place. It is also good motivation to train girth right before sex, it helps you work harder to make the gains to impress the lady. Keep up the consistent work and the permanent gains are not far off.
 
Hey DLD do you think it is ok to say do one 5 minute bathmate session in the morning to stay expanded throughout the day and then come home and actually do the 5x5x3? I did try it today and doesn't feel like it was to much. But if I really need the full 24 hours to heal maybe its not a good thing. What do you think?

I love this idea and it goes along with the way I used to train in my early days. Even though we did not have the BathMate then I still did multiple girth sessions throughout the day to keep myself expanded and I know it helped me gain girth which was stubborn for me before I practiced this. I say go for it!
 
Just wanted to give an update: I haven't measured so I don't know for sure what I've gained as of yet. But I've been using the Bathmate everyday and using the 5x5x3 method. I can safely say that I haven't gained any erect penis length and erection quality hasn't been as strong but I've been pumping daily so it's understandable. I will say though that flaccid length and girth gain are noticeably improved. Yesterday I had to wait a day and 1/2 before use because of particular circumstances so I had a little more time to recover. This is when i noticed my flacid penis is looking more normal In length and girth. I also have a darker penis and a slight ring toward the base which is all fine. So thus far I'm pretty happy. Of course I will keep using as steady as I possibly can and hopefully over the next couple of months see some permanent gains.
 
Update: 1 Month in! I haven't seen any permanent gains with the bathmate and slow squash jelq yet but I will say my flaccid length and girth is noticably much improved from when I started also my penis just doesn't turtle as much in general. There is some discoloration in about 3/4 in the length of my penis. I actually don't mind it - makes it unique and I like the darker look. I imagine when I get the gains I want and just have a maintain routine some of the discoloration may go away but for now I'm fine with it. The way I look at it is that it means my penis is getting a work out. I have mixed up my routine depending on the time I have each day (I've worked out every single day). Some days I've stretched in the morning and done the 5x5x3 in the afternoon. Other days I've done a quick 5 minute pump in the morning and then worked out after work with the 5x5x3. The 5x5x3 is consistent each day. Some days I have sex with my wife after and some days I give it a total rest. Some days I've kegaled 1000 + some days none. But usually at least a couple of 100. On a couple of days I also did regular jelq's instead of the slow squash just to give my dick something different. I'm hoping this month I will get some permanent gains. It will be a challenge as I will be going to Florida in mid January for a week and sharing a house so I'll have to be sneaky but I'll make it work. I really enjoy doing it. I'll continue to update occasionally my brothers and eventually send some measurement gains once they come.

So good to hear back from you and I am happy you are seeing positive changes. Have you tried measuring flaccid stretched bone-pressed yet? This is where you should definitely see gains after you time spent.

Yessir there has been an increase there, I could pull 5.25" but now I can pull to over 5.5" but I don't see it in actual erection length, that stayed the same. A little deflating at first but I assume that it will come.

Flaccid stretched length is always followed by erect length. A good way to help this along quicker is to get some erect stretches in everyday. 5 minutes of erect stretching a day will go a long way to cementing erect gains.
 
I just got the bathmate last week. I'm not really feeling any sort of pump when I use i, it doesn't feel like i'm getting a workout whatsoever. I'm as small as ever afterwards. It just feels like nothing is happening. Do you need to use it with an erection? When I do, I lose it right away after a few pumps. Maybe I should use Cialis with it…
any advice is welcomed, thanks

It is best to go in the tube erect and settle down to about 90% erect when pumping. I suggest having some erotic material around during the session to keep you up for the job. I also suggest you use the BathMate in the SRT way by pumping at max pressure for five minutes and then countering that with 5 minutes of jelqing and then repeat 3 times. This will bring the greatest expansion with the least problems. Plus it is far easier to keep erection quality good for 5 minutes then to try to go 20 minutes. Most men here are using this routine and seeing wonderful gains.
 
Im planning to getting the bathmate next year and i was curious about the amount of gains i would get ive grown about .6 in girth from manual exercises how much more can i get out of manual exercises and how much can the bathmate add? Im at 6.5 could i get to 7.1 with manual exercises or with the bathmate?

When the BathMate is used, as you can see in SRT, it is extremely powerful and very safe. The biggest issues with pumping are discoloration and water retention. The SRT BathMate 5x5x3 Routine eliminates these issues completely.
