Got lucky and received my Bathmate Herc today! I was so excited got home and just did it right away. After today though I will be waiting until early Saturday morning to do it. I'd like to get into a routine in the morning but I'm not sure how that will work...we'll see. I had "zero" problems with the bathmate on day 1. It was easy to use and I didn't need any vaseline on the gater for gripping power, the suction was great and it did not pull my ballz up into the tube like other members. I experienced zero pain except for some nice expansion pressure. I Went right into the 5x5x3 SRT DLD method. I pumped into the 150mm range to start and the 2nd and 3rd set I was 160 - 165mm. I assume this means I pumped to between somewhere between 6.3 and 6.5 inches in length. I only have a 5 1/4" penis in length so this is amazing to me for the first fricken day! I can see how this can become addicting. After finishing I did have some water retention but I noticed the Slow Squash Jelqs did help with it. My flaccid penis looks engorged and longer. I'm sitting here 20 minutes later with a cock ring on to hold the blood in, just taking it off every once in awhile to get the blood flow moving. I hope I'm doing everything right. On Saturday I will take some measurements beforehand...was just to excited this evening to.

CTspecial - do yourself a favor and wait the month. when it comes to pumping and such a string pump like the BM can provide no need to rush it.your penis needs to get used to that type of training. if you go to hard to soon you are more likely to get bruising, discoloration, and blood blisters. if you build up slowly through the first month you are FAAAAARRRR less likely to have any set backs.

i would also recommend doing 3x5x3 for the first 2-4 weeks. again, just to allow you penis to adapt. when it comes to pumping i have seen to many guys go all out right away and then they have to stop to heal and they never get back into it
 
Congratulations my Brother. You can start right away with the SRT 5x5x3 routine, it is the same as learning any other routine. Take it slow and steady and you will do just fine. I will check up on you if you post and need help. Goo luck my friend and I hope the wife gets as much out of it as you.

Gains come with consistency. REMEMBER THAT!!! months down the road...a year down the road you will be very happy!! :)
 
I was like you where I was on and off. Staying consistent like YKM said above was the biggest help to see those gains finally come in. And not overdoing it because when you are injured you get out of your consistent routine. I loved the bathmate after finding the wine vac mod. My girlfriend loved it too. Between the girlfriend and temp gains alone were enough motivation to be consistent.

Consistency is king in PE because we never know at what point a gain will be made. It is so important not only to remain consistent but also progressive in intensity. So many fall off the PE Train because they stop before the miracle happens. It makes sense to plan on making PE a part of your life and plan on keeping at it indefinitely or until you have made your goals. They will happen if you stick to it, believe me, I stuck with this now for 13 years and have nearly doubled the size of my penis.

So I did not wait until Saturday Morning because I'm getting tires on my car, So I did do my 2nd session a little while ago. Yesterday I do want to stay that with the cock ring the effects lasted many hours and slowly went away until i went to bed (about 6 hours but wasn't nearly as plump and long when I went to bed). Today, was antother successful day and I felt the pressure and my dick is awesome right now. The temp gains are great and I can't wait to see permanent gains! I will say this morning I did do a round of stretches - 40 seconds in every direction, as well as the overhand V stretch. I didn't take measurments (gotta make myself do that tomorrow)!

No reason to wait at all, I used to love having sex right after my girth workout because I was at my biggest then. As long as you get a kick ass girth routine in you can allow yourself to cum.

Overall though I felt like I'd worked myself real good and even felt the effects early this morning - so around 12-13 hours later. I pumped between 160-165 for the third time. My dick has noticeably been holding much more blood throughout yesterday and today. It's nice knowing more blood is staying in there (hopefully this is a sign that permanent gains will come in the future!). I thought about slimming back some today but I also don't feel like I need to as I have no bruising or pain. Depends what today brings. Anways, I enjoy your football Sunday all.

Are you working in some jelqing between sets? This is how to keep the fluid retention down and the expansion up. What works best is the SRT Method of 5x5x3, 5 minutes of BathMate followed by 5 minutes of jelqing and repeat 3 times. With this method you should see a definite improvement in overall girth expansion.

I have been doing 5 minutes of bathmate, then 5 minutes of slow squash jelqs for 5 minutes and repeat...the 5x5x3...should I just be doing regular jelqs?
 
Also the last two days have not nearly been as bad with fluid retention...Just a very little bit.

The SlowSquashJelq is far better than the standard jelq. Good to hear the fluid retention has been down. There will always be a little bit but the main goal here is tissue expansion. Keep up the good work my Brother and you are going to see some amazing gains!
 
Question: I just want to make sure while I'm doing the slow squash jelq's I'm doing them correctly. Right now I'm clamping the base of penis off to hold the blood in and then Grabbing around just below the head of my penis and pushing the two hands together to produce expansion. I hope that is correct. if this is correct... How long do I hold each jelq? Right now I usually variate them and move and squish all the blood around.
