Sorry guys but Im pretty pissed off. I just measured and it seems that without pushing the ruler a bit, I cant get past that fucking 5.7 measurement!!!!. Its been like 4 months and I still cant gain, it seeems that the gains I thought achieved were actually misreadings.

Im just asking to gain half an inch in length. Any advice would be much appreciated.
 
Give hanging a shot if you want length. Also if you want input then give us a detailed description of the routine you're using, the amount of intensity you use, and the physiological indicators you experience.

I wouldn't worry. It often takes a lot of tweaking before you start gaining.
 
Thanx but Im not a newbie. I have been doing this for at least 6 months and I havent gain shit. I do believ it is possible, i just dont know whats wrong with me.

Heres my routine 600 jelqs, stretching to all directions 4 sets 25 secs per rep, BTC 4 sets 25 sec per rep , bundled A stretch 4 stes 25 sec, and bundled tunica stretch 25 sec per rep. I use the highest intesnity I can.
 
I want to apologyze in advance if I sound too harsh in my response but Im fed up with being unable to have sex due to this fucking piece of shit penis i got. Its so fucking small that i would be embarassed if any girl saw it.
By the way I do my routine 5 days a week.
 
Are you sore the next day? If not you probably have to step up the time you're putting in. You might want to try a deconditioning break for a month, and then start over with a higher intensity.

Other things you might want to look into are hanging or chemical Penis Enlargement.
 
I dont think I could possibly pull harder, perhaps the deconditioning would help though.
 
dyablo don't fret spinner2 is right in what he said, Myself I been doing manual P.E. for 12 months and only gained a quarter inch in length. Frustrating as hell for all the time and effort I invested. I was like you and couldn't gain anything for months and was about giving up. I took 3 weeks offs, came back with a new attitude and change my routine and implemented pandora suggestion. DLD sock stretches done right will feel like it will tear out your penis by the root. Thats when I gained my measley quarter inch. I can't do much manual work anymore due to developing major hands cramps so I have moved on to hanging.

Heavy Grip Handgrippers- Hand Grippers, grippers, handgripper, wrist, strength
 
Make sure you pull the skin back if you are uncut. And get something to use after your routine with your hands like a hanger or extender.

i know in my case i pulled, jelqed and hung 5 days a week with no gain at all - for absolutely ages. then i took a decon and started every 3rd day (heavy training - but lots of rest) if your not gaining now i suggest you try it. take a decon (6-8 weeks) then go back on the same routine your doing now but instead do it once every 3 days - i bet you gain!!

As far as your dedication to Penis Enlargement, ... you might need to reel that back a bit. If you're always throwing stress at a body part it never has the opportunity to respond with rest-aided supercompensation. (Healing, Growth.) You could be in a chronic state of overtraining.

I got my results back from the doctors and it's arthritis unfortunately.

Arthritis is almost always an antigenic reaction to a blood-type specific food allergy.
