Yo, I'm not even into measuring myself. I did at one point, but now? I don't give a fuck. I don't care about seeing 1mm of gain here and there. I'm currently 7" bpel. I'll check again in a year and if I'm at my goal of 8" then I'll be happy. I want like 8x6. So here's what I do daily. I don't have a lot of time between my kid (doesn't live with wife and I) , Aikido, and meditation and exercize. I manage to squeeze in about a 1/2 hour of Penis Enlargement. Here's my routine. Let me know if this is enough to obtain my goal in a year or 2. Instead of thinking about this as temporary exerzice, I'm thinking of it as part of life, then, I can better mentally handle it and know it's something I have to do daily.
Here it is
First off, I don't warm up with a facecloth or anything. Sometimes I do my stretches at work so I can't warm up.
stretch to L 3 minutes
stretch to R 3 minutes
stretch up 3 minutes
stretch straight out 3 minutes
stretch down 3 minutes
150 rotary cranks both directions
Jelging for 15 minutes. I usually clamp with my left hand at the base
and move the blood to the head with the right hand. That lasts about
5-10 min then I use both hands to force the blood from the base to the head.
Hey, fuck, if I don't get any gains from this, oh well. It helps me get immense hard ons and my wife feels as tight as fuck now, after only 2 months of this. Before it felt like there wasn't enough friction, now, it's awesome. Especially if we haven't done it in a couple days.

Some is better than none, more is better than some.

But that looks like a solid routine, my only question is if you can hold a consistent stretch for 3 minutes? May be easier to break those up into 30 - 50 second sets with full strength, rather than a declining strength over 3 minutes unless you have and experimental method in mind. Good luck!
 
Well it's a 3 minute stretch at full strength. It's not a declining stretch as if you mean weaker as time elapses. It's a full stretch as in if I stretched harder, something would break. Is a 1/2 hour enough to obtain these goals, or do I need to do more. Let me ask you this. If I'm 7x5 now, what do I have to do to be 8x6 in 1 year?

30 minutes consistent each day should yield some results for most people. Like Cyber said, I would break-up those 3 minute stretches into shorter stretches with a few reps, but I'm sure your efforts should also produce some gains, I would think. If 30 minutes produces no results after some time, then it must be a matter of either intensity, technique, or techniques (as in try some advanced stretches that go beyond the basic Phase One). All things said, looks like a decent plan.

Well it's not so much that it's weaker on purpose. It's just that muscle fatigue kicks in after a brief period and efforts after that may be slightly below 100% stretching effort. The breaks in between give your muscles a chance to shake off the fatigue and go at 100% again.

Werd man, I just don't understand why people get so excited about 2mm. To each his own. I wana see an inch. Seriously, I know I'm about 7" BPenis EnlargementL and that's stretching it. When I'm 8x5, then I'll measure it. I'll keep doing this as it helps immensly with the friction thang with the wife and the erections. I'm getting that rock hard good hurt a lot lately and I attribute it to Penis Enlargement. If I gain an inch or whatever, that's great. However, is a 1/2 hour enough? I get bored real easy.

Stretching at three to five minutes at a time caused some thrombosis for me. I recommend the 30 seconds and then break slap it around a little and get back to it.

I know what you mean, but I say appreciate any gains. Hell, I never thought this was all possible until I found these online forums. Considering I was ready to spend 10K for risky surgery that might have given me an inch or two, I'm going to be glad for .25" or .50" gains with almost no risks or expense. That's my positive thought of the day. ;)
 
Meauring isn't something we do to brag to ourselves or make us feel better or feed or paranoia that we might wake up an inch shorter. It's a very good way to judge whether or not the routine you are on is getting you the max gains. I gaurantee that though your routine looks good for now, in a few months it may not be yielding as good of gains. Meaure yourself every month or so just to see if it's working at all. It would be a bummer to find out you put so much time into it but were using bad form and didn't make any gains, right?
 
Yeah, but what the hell do I do if it isn't working? There doesn't seem to be much to this besides stretching and Jelging and variations right? I know, I gotta read more on here, my bad. I got little time to devote to this and the sad truth is that this is the most important fucking thing in the world is it not?
