So I do this every other day.

Bathmate 20-30 minutes

Then simply using the expansion I got from the Bathmate, immediately do 3 x 35 second ulis.

I will gradually increase the uli times until I'm up to 3 x 1 minute as my penis becomes conditioned.

Is this enough?

In my opinion, and I am sure that most people will agree with me, Jelqing is probably the best manual girth workout you could do.

You'll probably gain a little bit if you do it your way but by doing jelqing as the key excersize, you will most likely have a lot more success with gains.

To answer your question based off my experience and knowledge, no its not enough.

Jelqing, Horse squeezes, Ulis and Bathmate would be good to start off with for girth. Then when your penis gets conditioned, up the intesity and also do Slow squash Jelqs and Clamping.

Just my opinion.
 
I would warm up with your Bathmate, and then do a jelq set, follow it up with an Uli, then repeat for 3 sets, and then warm down with the Bathmate. Possibly throw an edging session in there to keep the blood flowing.
