@kris, technically I recommend a break anyways, think of the last 6 months as bootcamp, when you come back in 2-3 months, I think you will have a more positive experience. Perhaps even experience newbie gains. I think you are correct to stop if you did things for 6 months and saw no results, now when you come back you will have a whole new perspective on things.
 
Thanks for being honest with me. It's a hard thing finding out that Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) works for everyone except me. You get that ugly feeling that you do something terribly wrong. Anyway it's been a great time.
 
When you come back switch it up. You might be a Stretch and pump person. I did gain with 5 x 5 x 3 in girth but only after a 6 month jelq and red + nir routine.
 
Before you quit try the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory program. You will definitely see results. Also get your mental straight because a good additude will get you where you wanna get.

After 23 days of rest, I decided to just "check in" with 5x5x3 and see what would really happen to me if I do this again.
So... I did the program and I came with an expansion of... 1.1' inches to the point the 1.8' cylinder was touching my penis while getting in.
The thing is, that It's the first time I experience this? Can you have this kind of expansion with no-water --- just dry vacuum? I mean, How "big" the skin could have been?
Did anyone experience something like that?
Also, I tried to do what @DLD was saying in one post -- I tried to fatigue the penis as much as I could so after 1 hour of cock ring, I masturbated and put more pressure to my penis.

It is very normal to have a bigger expansion when you abstain from pumping for a few days or a week or more. It does happen to everyone.

There is no point masturbating after taking off your cock ring. It doesn't do you any good.

This always happens when you allow the penis a chance to reset. When we go too hard, too fast, and cause the system to overreact and goes into preservation mode, you get tug back. Tug back phenomenon is when the penis tries to save itself from injuries or traumas. You don't see any gain because it forces itself to fight. But when you allow a few days of relaxation, or even a few weeks, the system allows to reset and display new potential gains.

Yes you can. Either with water or air, it's about what our penile potential gains from all your prior routines and prior expansions. Water forces more fluid into the skin layers (the fascias) than water, but just a few short minutes of air will not cause too much fluid to retain inside the skin using the 5x5x3 routines.

More like "how big the inner penile chambers can get". You already didn't get work to get the inner chamber to grow over the past months. A bit of rest does that. Your tissues are always expanded and awaiting for you to come back.

This is a method of inducing the hormone release for blood flow stimulation, mainly endorphins and oxytocin during the process. But don't just ejaculate just yet as your penis will turtle quite hard. Relax after 10 to 20 minutes to get the dopamine rush for another 10 minutes. During this time, keep your penis extended by wrapping or using the sleeve.

You can take a week off, or two, just to have a quick reset and see where you are. Keep going and don't even look until 6 to 9 months in. You put on the time, you get your reward brother. Do you see now that we are not telling you lies? You keep this up for a long period of time like you are doing a marathon, you will see this as permanent. What you see now as expansion is merely a preview of what to come as permanent gains.

I'm Confused and I think someone else as well.
1. What happened with Expansion? I don't get it, did you go in Erect?
2. Why did you need to fatigue penis? That last sentance makes no sense to me.

Potential gains is not permanent until you cement. This means you can't just get permanent gains within 6 months. You allow the tissues to get to that size after 6 months. It will take a bit more to for the tissues to settle and become permanent without having to do the routines daily.

This is part of an old method, or an old statement. It still hold true. The fatigue beyond the erected size mean to extend or expand beyond the original size. How, we want to add an element of fatigue into the mix as we know more about the PE routines over the decades. So, the phrase "penile fatigue" becomes much greater in details than just tiring the penis out. It's extremelu comprehensive.
