Just got started again after stoping five years ago. Imagine the gains I could have had If kept goin all these years!!!

Oh well, I have decided to start off with some kegels but I am a bit rusty, is this an accurate description and a good place to start. Again.

After being away for so long I would also suggest the Newbie Routine. Even I myself use this routine as a starting place after any prolonged break. It will rebuild a solid foundation quickly and allow you to move into more intense work safely and quickly. It is easy to ramp up the Newbie Routine by adding or changing certain exercises or adding equipment. Give yourself some time to rebuild the foundation and add in from there.

Tell me about it. I discovered PE 7 years ago when I was 21. I wish so much I would have been consistent for that 7 years and I would be huge right now lol.

so just kegeling is your plan right now? are you able to purchase any PE equipment? extender or a LengthMaster? I find tools make it so much easier to get in good PE workouts much more easily and using less energy to achieve results.

Ha, imagine me 12 years in now:) I was a young man when this all started and today I am a Grandfather with grey hair:)

Start with the newbie routine. Basically, do a warm up (rice sock, heat pad, warm shower etc) Warm up is for loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow onto your penis then do basic stretching. Don't underestimate basic stretching. Even though I am not a newbie but I still practice basic stretching using my hands and Lengthmaster. I can feel my inner penis is being pull. After that then do jelqing and a warm down. This is to condition your penis and prepare yourself for more intense exercise.

Thanks fellas ill start with that noob routine.

The best place to pick up as a starter or just getting back involved. In many cases men make their best gains in the Newbie Routine. Please start a progress thread so we can help you along the way and get a good history going on your progress.

I started probably 8 years ago when I first learned what a jelq was. If I wasn't so damn lazy and inconsistent I could have the biggest dick in my state by now lol. Hopefully your gains come quick. It's never too late to make improvements.

Many guys slack off and miss out on the gains they could have made if they remained consistent. But, in most cases, we see these men return later when they are ready to dedicate themselves to make the gains.

It seems like the dedication comes with maturity. The older guys on here are the ones who have made ridiculous gains and us 18-24 year olds end up side tracked lol

It is easy for an 18 year old to lose interest, they want the quick fix for the most part. Older men seem more able to put what they need to into the work without having expectations that are unrealistic.

This is true. I would always quit after 3 months because my gains were never enough. Then I'd lose it all and start back from square 1.

It is best to approach PE with the idea that it is a lifelong practice. In this sense a man can fit it into his routine with greater ease, knowing he will be doing this for the duration. This also works to relax the man and let him make steady gains without the time limits over his head. Some men want to get in and out in a ridiculous amount of time and this will only lead to discouragement, it is best to set in for the long run.

We all want a bigger penis, but most of us don't want to put in the time to get it lol

This is usually because the person does not believe it is possible. I think that men need to hang around long enough to witness their own gains to believe PE works. What man wouldn't put in the work knowing he was getting a bigger penis? No one. So I really think it stems from a lack of belief.
