Does anyone do rest time???

i train at the gym and do heavy session for about 8 - 12 weeks then stop training for 1 week maybe 2, then get back into it weights and the gym... I know its good for the body to rest after putting stress on your body after that amount of time plus helps you grow.

So im thinking ive been Penis Enlargementing since October last year and changing routines and stuff like that but never taken a week off or 2!!! im going on holiday very soon and will be taking 2 weeks off, and i was wondering once being back again on the pe, is it good after 12 weeks to break for a week?

the problem that i have is more of a mind thing, if i break im thinking not growing and im small and stuff like that , which is no is crazy because before taking breaks in the gym my mind did the same thing but slowly learnt to listne to the body and break away when the time is right.

just want to hear other thought on this?????
 
A lot of guys feel that a rest period is necessary. I have only taken a few periods of rest and never really noticed a difference with time off but that may just be me.
 
No need at all to take a 1-2 week break from the gym unless you injuried yourself. 1-3 off days each week from the lifting is more than enough. Your wasting time & money(gym membership) taken half a month off.

With Penis Enlargement, that's a little different. It all depends on how intense your sessions are. Some say rest & others do Penis Enlargement through out the entire day daily. When I take days off my unit has worst EQ the next time I do a girth session. Since none of us truly understand how fast the penile tissues heal, it all should be trail & error for you to gauge if you need rest or not.
 
yes i see what you mean about healing time, and with healing time can come another session if the penis is healed!! so its an interesting area i think. will do some research one this, see what i come back with...
 
:s You would think Im a horny chick from all the times I search for penis topics on the web. I have researched alot over the past few years and I can say Penis Enlargement will be a taboo for along time and there isnt much on it no matter where you search. Your best bet is soaking up as much as you can from the forum.
 
yes i agree not to the horny chick bit!! but looking around here and seeing what around, maybe the answer could be like we kind of know is a 12 week routine for example then just change the routine without any rest time, part from the sessions per week. which for me is 2 on 1 off..
 
I think mixing up routines is wise. Perhaps 12 week cycles of routine, week rest, and a new routine on the come out might be best.

You guys are forgetting one simple thing. It takes 7 days to start a habit and 3 days to break it. For those of us with less discipline its best to not take a week off. It might end up much longer than a week. =P
 
Build your foundations first.

Your penis is Rome, well it will be Rome but firstly you need to start placing the foundations down and to do this I would recommend you take full advantage of the newbie penis, which grows well as you start Penis Enlargement. Do something like 5 on 2 off and basics. Thats it really! three exercises done each day and all can be done in 45-60 minutes. Do hot wrap before and afterwards as your new.

In 8 weeks time, maybe 10 you will have permanent gains! I guarantee this if you stick to it. This is pretty much the same stuff I did when I first started back in 2001 and it didnt half lay a foundation to which I now have laid my own Rome.

Keep it simple at first otherwise you will go mad with all the information and techniques. Once your more experienced and been doing this for 1/2 - 3/4 of a year than you will notice as your penis is larger and stronger, you need more rest ... perhaps you could be a quick healer or someone who adapts to stimuli well and keep at it daily ... if so than dont change what works. No way is the exact right way but you have better ways, but they in this game are often based on individuality rather than actual physiological makeup ... strange as that may sound, I think we each sometimes make a mental block with this and various methods wont work because we prevent them so and alas we change a day here or two hence we see progress again.

Lastly regarding the weights ... yeah you will also see as you get stronger and larger in build that more rest is needed to keep going, unless you take performance enhancing drugs. I exercise 2-3 times a month sometimes, lifting weights and each time I go back my lifts are higher and I'm stronger. Currently in my leanest shape ever and really strong. Building upon various muscle groups to add more symmetry but overall I'm pretty damn happy. Less is more, guys wont accept that with the gym because they see more as speeding up the gains but your recovery system does not get stronger like the muscle and strength .. it doesn't speed up as you grow ... it stays the same and so if one keeps hammering the heavy iron it will yield nothing which is why you dont see many really well shaped, symmetrically built guys but see plenty of droopy pecs and huge slabs of beef placed anywhere on the frame i.e. full squats build the ass muscle and hips aswell as legs, which is bad for men because it ruins is taper down the legs.
