I would like increase my girth and width, this is my routine :

#set :

1) 5 minutes clamping
2) Toilet Compression Squeeze while clamping (30 seconds each segments)
3) 60 seconds compression squeeze

I do 5 or more sets in a workout. What can i add for length training ?

This will train both girth and width. It is good you are doing both as they will complement the growth plus your penis will look better. Nothing is better for esthetics than width.

There is many you could add, my suggestion is to stick with the Newbie Stretches for now and once you master them and make all the gains you can venture into the more advanced stuff.
 
i am doing similar to you mate, for length if you are a newbiew to wat dld suggests. I did the newbie routine for 4 months got good gains from that 1"

I am now trying out the A stretch, cant get the hang of the reverse kegel tho!!! i am doing that with manual stretches and polly blaters in front and BTC

Also the Phase 2 girth adding clamping after with the squeezes.

Is this any good DLD will i gain from this?
Hope theres few ideas there for ya.

Also is there a video for Toilet Compression Squeeze yet? sounds bit dodgy putting you nob near i toilet seat especailly when my dirty bro pisses all over it!

I got the link now. cheers! I get the exercise....it can be on any surtface tho right, not just a toilet?

I have been at Penis Enlargement for a year, but last 4months i have been consistent and missed only a few days so i think the year may have helped a little but the hard work got me the gains.

I am going to follow phase 2 exactly and add abit of clamping and squeezes in for girth will that be ok?

Hope to get good gains in this phase... pushing for 8" for my hols!!! :)
