is it realistic to go from 5.3 nbpel to 6.5 npbel through manual work? what routine should i do to achieve this?

Very attainable, the best place to start to gain is with the Newbie Routine, this is a totally manual workout.
 
Your goal is certainly achievable, and it is actually a very modest gain. Most people try to gain much much more. As DLD stated, start with the newbie routine. Stretch as much as you can throughout the day on top of what the newbie routine recommends. When you wake up stretch, when you go pee stretch, when you change clothes stretch, etc. Also, a lot of length gains for many people come from jelqing, which is in the newbie routine also. If you learn to properly jelq and do so for at least 20 minutes a day I guarantee you will eventually get to your target length.

All of that being said, I still think most individuals would be better off using some sort of device on top of any manual work. If you are focused on length, after you do the newbie routine for a few months I suggest either getting into hanging or else buying a good extender. These devices allow you to continue to stretch even when you aren't using your hands, so you get both more time under tension than you would manually and you also supplement and help cement any gains you would make with your hands. That is the basic idea behind SRT, which I also recommend that you read up on.

hey dld for the jelqs can i do them erected even if im a beginner?

Yes indeed. I have always jelqed erect from the very beginning.

I would also add that jelqing while 100 % fully erect is the best way to cause expansion and to get gains. The only thing is you have to remember not to press too hard while jelqing or else you can cause scar tissue to form. KingSnake, one of the moderators who has a huge thread in the progress pictures section, jelqed too hard and developed scar tissue from it.

Just remember to take things slow and gradually build up, and always pay attention to how your penis feels.

i wish i had read this earlier, i tried it today and grip it super hard, i hope i wont get scar tissue from one session, im gonna be careful from now on. quick question guys, when im jelqing where should i apply most of the pressue? the front(the pube side) the sides or the back(ball sack side)? it feels better to me when i focus the pressure on the front with my thumb.

You must listen to your penis, if you feel dull ache across the shaft that is super good because that's a tunica expansion, but if you feel sharp deep pain on shaft stop immediately, that's bad very bad and your chances to hurt yourself is very possible, so go easy, ask whatever you need and these good people will help you!
 
I think most of the gains that guys like DLD made were whit manual exercises...

Just work on DLD's Newbie routine and you can add not one inch, but two inches with some dedication and patience, don't lose heart and quit after some time, I had smaller penis than you man and now I grew really nice, so don't be lazy and work that dick! Good luck
 
everyone says it and so do i that it is SURELY achievable and i am trying to gain 3 inches....lol
