Yeah it probably is excessive, but its also the length zone I intend to retire in one day. Do I need to? is it needed (9 inches)? No and No. Its a personal choice for me, by me. I want to have a 9-9.5 inch long erect penis. I like the way my penis has looked when it has grown, especially in length. So for me, the visual of 9 inches on me, I would love. Wow, this thread was some pretty intense reading. As for me, I have set what I consider a modest goal but when it comes down to it, I will assess my need for continued growth based on the comfort level of my wife during sex. Should it become uncomfortable for her, I will slow down with PE and allow time for her to adapt to the new size and see if I should continue, if she hollers give me more, I will keep going with the same intensity I apply now.
