Is 9" just excessive?

Hey all, so I'm kind of new to PE.

Anyway, I'm starting out with an above average length (7.6") and I was originally planning on going for 8-8.5" but have since considered 9" (or possibly even 10"). I believe I could reach 8" fairly quickly but after that I realise the time commitment.

Anyway, would you say 9" is excessive? If you have 9" how is it?

starting whit that size is great Imho,and getting to 8 inches in lenght wouldnt be a hard thing at all, check the newbie routine and once you get to 8 NBPEL,youd see how big 8 inches is...

Past a certain length, somewhere around 8", you reach a point where more length just doesn't make any difference. clearly there's a misunderstanding, but you are correct that my PE knowledge is limited and my only experience (so far) is with The BM. From what I understand, the spirit of clamping and Temp has an emphasis on girth, (and while that's important) my focus is developing more length and finding the right routine that includes my LM.
