My routine is very intense, I use the length master for 1 hour daily and I make sure I change my routine every 3 months. I don't think I can get to 9 inches 01/14/2019. I believe I can get to at least 8.25 or 8.5. With that being said, I already have plans to resume girth work and combine it with my length master for daily use. Some times, setting deadline to make gains can crush our ego and motivation so it is best to just forget about all this deadline stuff.

Just make PE your lifestyle just like brushing your teeth in the morning and you will be fine. Come September, I'm going to start training girth in combination with length and then cancel the deadline. There shouldn't be any deadline to make gains.

All women (I rarely speak in absolutes), but all women function within a sphere of indignation (and if there isn't conflict/reason to bitch, they'll create one). I plan dinner and sometimes get it cooking in the oven or crock pot before I leave for work. When it comes to all other meals I have no control. I could prep 5 small meals/snacks a day for her to eat during the day and she'd have 3 left over. She has an appt next month that may get her to start eating better though.

Well, either she wants to lose weight to please her husband or she thinks it's not a priority. I can't really relate as all the women I know family or girls I've been with have never fluctuated in weight.
